Hello beloveds, A few years back now I came across a question, it's a question that has served me well over the years, especially during times of unease and unrest. When the nervous system feels overwhelmed and I'm in survival mode. What would love do? Here, now? What would she do? I hope this question finds who it is meant to find and serves you just as well as it has served me. With love and reverence always.

Hello,

Beloveds,

And welcome to today's musings.

A few years ago,

I came across a phrase,

What would love do?

And it's a phrase that I use whenever I find myself in moments of difficulty,

Moments of conditioning,

Old patterns,

Old beliefs,

To bring me back to love.

What would love do?

In this moment.

Love for myself and love for the other,

Who is just me anyway,

In another form.

And love isn't always fluffy butterflies and teddy bears.

Sometimes love is tough and it's strong,

But it's still love.

So when you find yourself in some sort of conflict or difficulty with yourself or with a loved one,

Be it a partner,

A friend,

Family member,

A work colleague,

Or someone else,

Ask yourself,

What is the most loving thing I can do for myself and the other right now?

And by right now,

I mean being present,

Being embodied in the moment,

Aware of how your nervous system is,

Aware of your own levels of consciousness and unconsciousness,

Aware of your triggers and your survival responses to them.

So in this very moment,

This present moment,

Now,

Given all the information that I have about myself,

What is the most loving thing I can do for myself and for the other?

And just see what arises.

Take a moment,

A time out,

So you can come back to you.

This awareness of how you are now in this present moment and the reminder of returning to love and connection will help you to stop unconsciously playing out old patterns of beliefs and imprints and over time,

Misaligned actions will naturally fall away.

This is a practice,

Beloveds,

One that we have to remember to do consciously.

In a moment where emotions may be heightened,

Nervous systems might be activated,

Our core wounds might be being touched.

What would love do?

Ask yourself over and over and over and over again until a new imprint lands deep,

Deep,

Deep in our bones.

What would love do?

And the most loving thing you could do for both you and them might not be at all what you thought it looked like.

In this present moment,

In the capacity I have,

What would love do?

Are my thoughts,

Speech,

And actions aligned with the vibration of love?

Love for the self and love for the other,

Which is still you,

Albeit in another human form.

Can we keep returning to love over and over again and allow ourselves grace and forgiveness when we forget and we get caught up in us versus them mentality?

Reacting instead of responding.

Can we allow our nervous systems to take a breath or 10 breaths so that it may come back into a state of regulation so that we can respond and not react?

What would love do?

What would love do?

This is all we are being invited to do here.

To return to wholeness,

To truth,

Unity,

To love.

Return to love for ourselves and for others.

For all the others.

And it takes most of us many,

Many lives to get there.

But we do all get there eventually.

So,

Go easy on yourself.

We're all in a big cosmic school here where we pretend to forget who we are so that we can go all in every time and remember,

Remember who we are.

So,

Today,

Ask yourself throughout the day,

What would love do?

Take care,

Beloveds.
