Welcome to this guided visualization.

My intention and our intention for this time here together is to meet our parts,

Is to meet those voices within our head,

To give them names and build relationships with them so that they can start to soften and so that we can clear our head,

Our minds and live from an open heart.

So if you haven't already,

Please go ahead and find a comfortable seat,

Whether you're sitting on meditation cushion,

A chair,

The ground on a yoga mat,

Wherever is most comfortable to you is perfectly okay.

As you land into this seat,

Find any areas you're holding tension,

Maybe in the third eye space,

Maybe in the jaw and soften,

Release that tension,

Maybe rolling out the neck,

Pulling the shoulders,

Lifting the shoulders up and placing them back down behind you.

And when you're ready,

Finding stillness,

Slowing down,

Listening,

What do you hear?

Allowing for that voice wants to emerge and come to the surface.

Hear it,

Hear it clearly.

What's it saying to you?

Does it have a message for you?

Is this voice from your highest self and your fullest expression,

Or is it simply a part of you?

As you step into the throne of your inner kingdom or your inner queendom,

Can you separate yourself from this voice and hear what it has to say,

Finding an inhale when you're ready,

And the belly expand and bringing that breath all the way up to the chest.

Hold the breath at the top and through the mouth,

Exhale,

Shoulders drop,

Belly to spine,

Suspending the breath at the bottom.

Once again,

Inhaling up,

Sipping in a bit more air when you get there,

And holding.

We exhale.

Let your breath return to its natural state.

Come back to that voice.

Is it the same voice?

Is it here to protect you?

What does it want?

Can you give this voice a name?

Can you give this voice some love,

Understanding from a deep inner gnosis that this voice is here for you,

But it doesn't run the show?

It's not who you are.

And thanking this voice,

Finding gratitude and telling it everything's okay,

That it is safe,

That you are safe,

And waiting for any final messages from this voice,

And then simply sending it on its way as you send it love and come back to yourself.

Starting to elongate your inhales and exhales,

Noticing your mental chatter,

Noticing if there's another voice that wants to come through and allowing it the space to come to the surface.

Hear this voice.

See it.

See it clearly and feel in every one of your cells in your body of its deepest desires,

Letting go of any resistance,

Allow this voice to come through,

Asking it what it needs from you in this moment,

Pausing for the answer,

Finding love for this voice,

Sending it love,

Coming back to that inner gnosis,

That inner understanding that this voice is here to work for you,

But it doesn't run the show,

Go ahead and give this voice a name.

Thank you for being here.

Let this one pass too.

Let it go as you send it love.

Starting to elongate your inhales and exhales.

Slowly coming back into your body,

Feeling your palms resting on your lap and when you're ready,

Flickering your eyes open,

Taking some time to sit with yourself,

Avoiding any distractions.

If you'd like to go deeper,

Finding your journal,

Starting a journal about what came up for you,

Knowing that you can use this exercise to continue to develop new relationships with these voices and more voices.

As you continue this practice,

You'll be able to tap into those voices at any point.

This is how we clear the mind,

Remove the layers and find more clarity within.
