I’ve come to realize that deep within me is a valuable gift: the power of awareness, a guiding light that helps me navigate my journey. This awareness acts as an inner compass, showing me the way even when the path seems uncertain. For a long time, I resisted this gentle whisper of awareness, afraid of its power. But with compassion, I’ve learned to embrace my inner resource and recognize the potential it offers to guide me into action. Join me as we pause and practice our ability to hear the whispers of our awareness.

Hello,

My name is Nathania,

And I want to thank you for choosing to sit with me today.

Our practice is all around awareness.

I've come to realize that deep within me is a valuable gift,

The power of awareness,

A guiding light that helps me navigate my journey.

This awareness acts as an inner compass,

Showing me the way even when the path seems uncertain.

For a long time,

I resisted this gentle whisper,

Afraid of its power.

But with compassion,

I've learned to embrace this inner resource and recognize the potential it offers to guide me into action.

I've come to learn that it's natural to feel overwhelmed by the weight of our needs,

Desires,

And goals.

These feelings can lead to doubt and hesitation,

Making it tempting to stay on autopilot and cling to comforting thoughts of certainty each day.

My hope is that this time we spend together,

It helps you trust your inner whispers of awareness,

The quiet voice that says,

I can and I will,

Even when everything else seems to scream,

You can't,

There's no way.

Each step you take guided by this loving awareness,

And despite any doubts that arise,

It brings you closer to what you know possible.

Join me now and let's take these next few moments simply grounding in our bodies,

In our presence,

And listening for the whisper,

For the gentle voice of awareness that knows.

Whether you're seated or lying down,

Give yourself permission to arrive.

Rooted in place,

Each part of you that touches the earth settles just a little more.

A gentle scan of the body alerts you to where you may still be unconsciously holding on,

And you simply spend these next few moments letting go,

Surrendering a little deeper,

Drawing your awareness to the tips of your toes,

Where you allow your next in-breath to gently pull the energy up,

Up,

Up,

Right through to the crown of the head.

And then as you softly exhale,

Draw that inner awareness back down the body and out the tips of the toes.

Do that a few more times as slowly and softly,

As gently as you need,

Using your in-breath to scan the body as you draw the awareness upwards.

And then using the out-breath to simply soften back into place.

Inhale you notice.

Exhale you soften.

A little slower in,

A little more softly out.

Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm and simply notice what you feel.

If there's any judgment,

Any thoughts of doubt,

Any labeling,

Notice that too.

It all belongs.

The goal here isn't to arrive into instant calm,

But instead to just begin the process of noticing.

There is an inner voice that knows,

An awareness that can guide you towards what you need,

That can pull you into action.

Can you listen in these moments of softness,

In this pause that you've created for yourself and ask,

What do I need in this moment?

No action is needed right now,

Just sit in listening.

You don't have to have a plan or a solution.

You don't have to fix anything.

Just practice and strengthen your ability to listen.

It is simply in noticing the whisper that we begin to remember all of the answers.

They are within us.

We simply need to slow down to remember the courage required to sit in stillness and listen to our needs.

Breathe in and sigh that out.

Breathe in and sigh out.

One more time together,

In and out.

The full awareness of your ability to find answers,

To uncover truths,

To step forward courageously in the direction that you know possible for yourself,

It exists in this practice.

This practice of slowing down,

Of pausing,

Of listening for that voice of awareness and starting,

Beginning the process of trusting it,

It is a practice and it is from here that I thank you for practicing with me today.
