Welcome to today's quick meditation.

These are perfect for taking a moment to grind into the present moment,

Especially if you're having a busy day or you're short on time.

Let's get started.

We begin by coming into a comfortable position and wherever you've chosen just beginning to notice the surface,

That support that you have beneath you.

Growing tall through the spine and allowing the shoulders to fall away from the ears.

Unclenching your jaw and softening throughout the entire face.

Taking a nice long inhale in through the nose.

A short pause to retain the breath and then exhale,

Sigh it all away.

And again,

Inhaling in,

Filling up the entire body.

That pause at the top.

Exhale,

Slow and steady.

Our final round as we inhale in.

That short pause.

Exhale all the way out.

Letting the breath return to its natural rhythm now.

Beginning to wiggle through fingers and toes.

Maybe taking the head gently side to side.

Whenever you feel ready we gently begin to open the eyes.

Thank you so much for joining me today for this short meditation.

Have a great rest of the day and take care.
