Welcome to this easy to follow,

Simple,

Short and effective meditation for gratitude for self.

So know that you can do this anytime.

You can do it seated or laying down.

It's going to be short,

Easy to follow and allow you to get more clarity in your mind,

Give you a feeling of peace and calm and infuse that emotion of gratitude within.

Come to sit either in a seated position,

In a chair,

On your bed or on the floor.

Feel your back lift nice and tall and take a full breath in through your nose and out through your nose to arrive.

Drop to close your eyes or keep them open.

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your arms and let your palms face up to rest on your thighs.

Feel your hips ease into the earth,

Relax your legs all the way down to your feet.

Relax your face so you allow your eyes to soften,

The skin in your face to release and your tongue to float in your jaw,

Feeling space around the lips and mouth.

Feel your breath move in through your nose down to your body and expand within.

And as you exhale,

Feel the breath lift from the pit of your inner self and rise up and out.

As you inhale,

Breathe down,

Release the breath down and on the exhale,

Feel the breath move up and out.

Notice your breath as it moves into your body,

Creating more space within.

And as you exhale,

Notice the breath as it moves out from your body,

Allowing old air to release out.

Even for a moment,

Being grateful for this beautiful quality of breath,

For your life force and for your body and how it serves you every day.

As you inhale and as you exhale,

Start to notice the breath moving in and out.

Today,

We will invite a mantra to infuse that gratitude for your inner being.

Chest.

Om hai N made an ** within my being that keeps me healthy,

Energetic,

And balanced.

I am grateful for each,

And every cell within my being that keeps me healthy,

Energetic,

And balanced.

I am grateful for each and every cell within my being that keeps me healthy,

Energetic,

And balanced.

Repeat internally.

I am grateful grateful for each and every cell within my being that keeps me healthy,

Energetic and balanced.

Allow those words to permeate within as you invite a sense of sound to awaken.

Allow each of those words,

Your whole mantra,

To enter your being.

Allow each of those words to permeate within as you invite a sense of sound to awaken.

Allow each of those words to permeate within as you invite a sense of sound to awaken.

Now begin to take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

And as you feel the breath,

Move into the body.

Feel your sense of sight,

Your sense of breath,

Your sense of sound,

More vibrant.

And observe how you feel.
