Allowing yourself to connect with breath,

With your life force,

This natural give and take.

This ability that we have to be loving and to love.

And to set our intentions to practice being loving and to love.

Our bodies,

Our minds,

Our hearts,

And our spirits.

And as we allow the possibility of our intentions to be aligned with loving kindness and possibilities that can occur when we go through our lives with integrity,

With openness.

To acknowledge that we have a whole lot of parts that get activated that are the opposite of this possibility.

So Deepak Chopra's meditations in our abundance challenge allow us to play with trust and possibility and openness and he has all these amazing reminders of our connectedness to the universe and the goodness in us and the goodness in others.

And then yours truly,

Regina,

Gets to come in and also reassure you that we're fine even when we're not feeling that and to allow this openness and permission for all of these parts that are not that,

That are also here and also part of us and part of others,

Part of life.

And our practice this evening is to be with both truths because we have a knowing and experience that sometimes we're not in integrity.

Sometimes it's really hard to trust and to be open and to love and to be loved.

We actually know that pain is part of being alive.

Fear is part of us being here on this planet.

We have this knowing and we have the knowing that we are loving and we do love,

That joy is part of existence and courage exists as well.

So as you meditate on your own for a few minutes without my guidance or Deepak's,

Just you and your body and your mind and your heart and your spirit and that of all the rest of us collectively holding space for both.

Just let yourself be for the few minutes that we'll practice on our own.

Just letting yourself be with both realities,

Pain and fear,

Love and openness,

Courage.

And every time your mind takes you into the past and your heart,

It's just like you're breathing,

Begins to process what has already occurred.

Send it some love.

Thank your brain for how hard it works.

Thank your heart for being so resilient.

And bring your attention back to the present with your breath and practice loving kindness in your body.

Notice where you're feeling tension,

Where you feel exhausted and bring some loving kindness with your breath into the body and allow the release of what you don't need anymore to be transformed out there in the universe.

And remind yourself of the knowing that we're wired to be resourced,

To let in love and kindness and to release and let out pain and fear.

As part of being a human being,

Experiencing it all and pleasant and pleasant.

Let yourself be gentle with this knowing.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

And every time you notice your mind wandering into the future,

Planning and solving,

Love the brain,

Think it,

Let it know,

Doesn't have to do all the heavy lifting on its own,

Literally release it and let it be gentle in the background.

As you come back to this knowing in your heart that yes,

We suffer,

Can we open to that acceptance,

To that knowing that suffering is here for all of us in various ways.

And loving kindness is also here in all the ways that that shows up.

And then practice allowing yourself to be with both simultaneously.

Let the practice be for the next few minutes about letting go of it all,

Just letting it all be gentle as you quiet down and let yourself be.

Open and gentle.

Prevention continue.

And so as we practice together,

This allowing ourselves to be human beings,

To slow down long enough to remember our truth that we do suffer and that we're wired to survive and to thrive.

And it's perfectly understandable that our fears and our pain would have our attention or you know when we see it in ourselves or in other people that their fear or their pain has their attention.

Allowing ourselves to accept that that makes sense because we want to survive,

We're wired for that.

So we're on the lookout for whatever might create pain.

We don't want to feel fear,

We want to feel safe and we want to feel comforted.

And so we're on the lookout as is everyone else around us for what might take that away whether it's the virus and our health or people's manifestations of stress and anxiety and anger.

Just let yourself be gentle with yourself and with others when you see how this manifests.

This reality that we're all trying not only to survive but to thrive.

And so when anything occurs that's the opposite of that,

It's going to have our attention and we all have various ways of attending to that.

And to see if we can be open and remember that that makes sense and also because we're wired to be safe and to not feel pain,

We're going to notice that exponentially.

And so it actually takes intention coming full circle back to what Deepak Chopra was talking about in our first meditation today about setting our intention and doing our best to be open to the possibilities of joy and love.

And so really allowing ourselves to also hang out here,

To bring that onto our radar,

To be open to all the different ways that we are feeling our love,

Our preciousness,

All the various ways that we can share our kindness through our smiles at six feet distance,

Through our loving energy towards ourselves and others.

Noticing all the little things that really matter and taking time to feel good.

Allowing ourselves to be loving and to be loved.

Not only to allow it but to literally set an intention to be loving and to love.

In addition to all the ways that we and others are trying to be safe and healthy.

Taking the time like this to take care of yourselves every day in some way or another and to take care of others around you.

And then to literally give yourself credit for putting water back in your well because we're drawing on it a lot these days.

And it's very,

Very important,

Essential to take care of ourselves,

To take care of others and all the different ways that we can do that.

And so as you let love be here,

Go ahead and see if you can begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers and bring yourself out of the deeper.

Sit and if you're in Shavasana you can begin to stretch your heels in one direction,

Crown of the head in the other,

Maybe get a nice stretch in with your arms up over your head.

If you're seated,

Going ahead and beginning to move those feet and hands.

Maybe you want to take a moment to stand up and stretch a little bit.

We have time so there's no rush.

We're literally just beginning now to open our eyes and feel into our bodies,

Get a nice stretch in so we can be gentle and flexible physically and mentally and emotionally.

Realizing taking care of ourselves,

Of our bodies as we begin to bring ourselves back to a seated position.

Or you can also continue to hang out if you're just listening to this recording and you're not here live with us.

You can choose to just hang out a little longer and either drift off to sleep or move into the rest of your day and if you're here virtually together in our meditation then go ahead and bring yourself back to a seated position and we'll do a little check-in,

See how this meditation is landing and how life is treating you and how you're treating life.

So I'm going to invite everybody who's just listening here to love and allow yourself to be loved and we'll end our practice this way for those of you listening.
