I want you to begin closing your eyes.
Sit upright and begin to relax.
You could have your feet on the floor or sitting crisscross applesauce.
I want you to begin breathing slowly.
Inhale for a count of five seconds and imagine white light entering your body and healing your soul.
Now when you exhale,
I want you to imagine all the stress,
All the anxiety,
All the errands,
All the to-do items magically vanish and disappear.
So let's begin that deep breathing now.
Inhale.
Now imagine your body being healed by the white light entering each cell,
Nourishing and repairing each cell.
And when you exhale,
All the stress,
All the anxieties,
All the arguments,
All the little things that you are concerned with just go away.
Now keep breathing.
You could breathe at your own pace but remember to slow down your inhale to five seconds and your exhale to five seconds.
And remember as you inhale more nourishing energy,
More restorative energy,
More healing energy enters your body.
And when you exhale,
The stress,
The dark energy,
The bad vibes all leave your body.
Now I want you to focus on this mantra.
Just close your eyes and pay attention to my words.
Circumstances don't matter.
Only state of being matters.
So on your inhale,
Circumstances don't matter.
And on your exhale,
Only state of being matters.
Let's continue this.
On your inhale,

On the inhale,

Exhale,
Only state of being matters.
Now keep doing this at your own pace.
Remember all experiences are neutral.
How you think about the experience colors in your experience and who is holding the paintbrush in order to color in your experience.
It is you.
You have full control over your circumstances.
Circumstances don't matter.
Only state of being matters.
And what do we create with matter?
Everything.
So circumstances don't create anything.
Only state of being creates things.
Now really inhale and exhale with this mantra.
Feel free to say it out loud with me.
Let's do three more.
Inhale,
Circumstances don't matter.
Exhale,
Only state of being matters.
Inhale,
Circumstances don't matter.
Exhale,
Only state of being matters.
Now I want you to think about a trait or emotion that has been keeping you down or holding you back.
Maybe it's overthinking.
Maybe it is self-doubt.
Maybe you are angry at someone else.
Maybe you can't stop worrying.
Whatever it is,
I want you to think about that emotion or habit.
Now I want you to feel how it would feel if you could let go of that emotion and no longer be held back by it.
I want you to say thank you to that emotion,
For most likely it was protecting you from something that you were not ready to confront.
But now you are ready to face your challenges head on so now you can now release that emotion.
You no longer have to stress.
You no longer have to worry.
You just have to create a state of being that will allow you to enjoy life right now in this moment.
So I want you to think about one of your favorite memories.
Go ahead,
Look into your memory bank and pick one of your favorite memories.
And now that you have that memory in your mind's eye,
I want you to think,
What was it like to get up that morning?
What did you have for breakfast that day?
Was it a sunny day?
Was it cloudy?
Was it rainy?
Now imagine all the people that you saw that day.
Maybe you're thinking about a birthday or a wedding or an anniversary or a promotion.
Just think about your closest friends that you interacted with that day.
Feel the emotion and the happiness and the joy that you shared with them.
See the smiles that you all had on your faces.
See how you are sharing all these great vibes and memories with each other.
Now I want you to feel how the sun felt on your skin that day.
I want you to smell all the wonderful fragrances from dinner.
I want you to remember the feeling that you had that day.
Really feel that feeling.
Feel the joy.
Feel the warmth.
Feel the happiness.
And just know that this feeling is accessible to you at any moment,
At any time that you wish.
Now I want you to focus on your breathing.
I want you to relax your temples.
I want you to relax your shoulders.
If there's any tension in your stomach let go of that too.
Relax your legs and your calves and your toes and your fingers.
And understand that you could access this level anytime you want.
Now let's finish this meditation with some more deep breathing.
Five seconds in.
And five seconds out.
And remember on the inhale think about your body healing all the aches and pains going away.
And when you exhale the stress,
The anxiety,
All the internal chatter leaves your body.
Keep doing this.
Activate your parasympathetic nervous system.
While you are slowly breathing and slowly visualizing your body,
Your mind,
And your spirit healing.
Now I want you to begin wiggling your fingers.
And begin wiggling your toes.
Go ahead roll your shoulders a few times.
And now slowly open your eyes and return to this 3D world.
Knowing that circumstances don't matter.
Only state of being matters.
And that during this meditation you worked on being able to elevate your state of being.
