And this will help you to learn the practical ways to enhance your well-being through joy.
Today's theoretical approach has one part.
The practice has one segment.
The theory for this section states that you'll discover how joy affects your mental and physical well-being,
Explore the psychology behind it,
And introduce practical strategies to enhance your overall joyfulness.
