Touching Joy To Raise Your Vibration

In this meditation, we find our place of relaxation and grounding, establish stillness and then invite ourselves to connect to a moment of joy so that we may call upon it to raise our vibrational frequency.

Let's find a place in the body that feels comfortable,

Where you feel that you can let yourself go.

Let yourself be in that space in your body where you feel supported,

Where you can really just welcome a state of ease.

There's no question in your comfort.

Go ahead and make any little adjustments that you need to make,

Perhaps the neck,

The shoulders,

Doing any small movement that's going to help you feel at home in your body.

And then if you haven't already done so,

Let's close our eyes,

Just allowing them to close lightly,

Eyelids gently touching,

Eyelashes gently brushing up on one another.

Just bring your awareness to that very subtle sensation,

This place in the body that we pay no attention to,

That we take for granted.

Let's welcome a deep breath into the body in through the nose,

And then out through the nose.

Breathing in cool air,

Feeling it pass through your nose,

And then breathing out warm air.

Breathing in,

Really feeling that cool air traveling down into your body,

And breathing out,

Feeling your body release.

Just let the air flow in and out of your body of its own free will,

Letting your body's intelligence do the work,

Taking away any effort,

Noticing the gentle wave through your body.

Our breath can be like the ocean,

Gently washing up and down.

And like the ocean,

This breath cleanses our body.

Allow yourself to feel that cleansing energy entering the body,

Washing over you,

And drawing out any stress,

Any tension back out into the ocean,

The ocean of breath.

Let's take a few more cleansing breaths like this,

Drawing in clear,

Clean air,

Letting go of warm air,

Fresh cleansing energy in,

Letting go out.

Begin to notice the body.

Notice perhaps a sinking feeling,

A lowering,

A pull.

Notice how your body is sitting firmly on the surface below it,

Feeling that support beneath you.

Begin to feel the energy gathering,

Gathering in all your low places,

Perhaps your seat or your back or the bottoms of your feet.

Feel yourself being drawn downward,

And with that downward pull,

Allow yourself to release any tension in the body.

Just imagine this tension moving downward,

Being drawn downward by the earth.

Our relationship with the earth is of a symbiotic partnership.

We release our tension and our stress,

And the earth transmutes this energy and sends it back to us in life force energy.

One cannot exist without the other.

So as we release our stress and tension into the ground,

Into Gaia,

Down through the layers of the earth,

Know that we are nurturing the earth's energy in the same way that it nurtures us.

Feel that energy coming back to you,

Flowing in one continuous loop.

Down through your body,

Down through Gaia,

Feel it being transmuted and returned back to you as life force energy.

Feel as you bring this life force energy into the body,

Feel the impact that it has on your being,

Feeling this deep connection,

This sense of belonging,

This knowingness that you are part of the whole,

Of a much larger system.

Let's just breathe into the peace of that,

That knowledge,

That knowing in our bodies.

Feeling stable and strong and secure,

Begin to extend our awareness upward.

Begin to feel the molecules in your body,

The cells,

Each hair,

Feel that tingling sensation of being drawn upward.

Feel yourself begin to receive light energy from above,

These tiny particles that make up white light energy.

Feel your body connect to this,

To this higher self,

Your inner truth,

The divine,

The universe.

Feeling that this energy is around you,

It is in you,

It is you.

Let's bring our awareness to this divine energy and notice how it fills up all of our spaces.

In all of the spaces where we have released tension and let go,

We welcome space for this light energy.

Feel your body begin to revive as you integrate more of this energy into the stable being that you are.

Feeling yourself balanced,

Feeling supported and inspired.

Feeling at this moment at home in your body,

At home in your being.

And just taking a deep breath in and really anchoring into this sensation.

Let's bring our awareness now into the heart space.

Noticing what's happening in the heart space.

Noticing if there's anything energetic that you're holding onto in this space.

Just allow yourself to let it be,

To let it go.

Allowing any block here to travel downward to the earth,

Nurturing the ground.

And then with a clean and clear heart space,

Free from fear,

Free from worry,

We begin to bring in this light energy.

Filling up the heart space,

Filling up the heart space with ground energy.

Just allowing that place in the body to really glow.

So allow this light in the heart space to grow as large,

As large as it is.

So allow yourself to feel that sensation and witness what's happening in the body on an energetic level.

And right in the center of this bright light energy,

In the center of your heart space,

This calm,

Peaceful seed,

I invite you to imagine a moment of pure bliss,

Of pure joy.

A moment where life is exactly as it should be.

Just take a moment.

Allow yourself to think of the one moment that comes to mind first,

The one feeling,

The one sensation.

And as we hold on to this memory feeling,

This moment,

Allow your body to really sink into the sensation of this moment.

Allow yourself to travel through time to this moment in your memory.

You may find yourself smiling.

You may feel your body energy begin to shift.

Imagining in your mind's eye the exact circumstance,

The exact sensation,

That blissful feeling,

That joy.

And as we call upon this energetic memory,

Allow your body to begin to feel more spacious.

Just as you focus on the joy,

On feeling the joy,

Your body density lightens.

And this experience of raising our vibrations,

Some sense it as a lightening,

Others feel it as though it is a fluffing of the energy and expansion.

Just allow yourself to anchor as deeply as you can to this joyful moment and allow your energy to expand.

Allow your breath to flow freely.

And if you're very aware of your energy body,

You will feel your vibration shifting.

Knowing that if you can't feel your vibration shifting,

It doesn't mean that it isn't happening.

And now as we sit in this place of joy and peace and we're tapped into the presence of now,

The moment,

I invite you to begin to imagine that your body,

Your energy body has a magnetic pull.

In this next practice,

I invite you to begin to draw your energy back.

Throughout our time space,

We invest energy in all kinds of places.

And in times when the demands on our intention are high,

In times of world events,

We allow ourselves to spread ourselves thin energetically without acknowledging where we've left our energy.

We may have invested in relationships,

In news stories,

In arguments.

Using this magnetic pull of your raised vibrational body,

Let's begin to draw back all of the pieces,

All of the particles,

Each tiny piece of energy that you can recall.

You don't need to know what it is or where it came from,

But only feel it coming back to the body,

Joining with the energy body.

You may feel these tiny pieces flooding straight into the heart space or down through the crown chakra.

Let's use the breath to continue bringing yourself back to yourself.

Feel the tiny rush of integration as each piece floods back into the body.

When you feel like you fully integrated all of the energy,

And you feel as though you've been restored,

You feel whole and grounded and connected and inspired.

When you feel that sense of joy,

Memory in your heart,

And you know you can call upon it to help you shift your vibration.

You feel you're at a place where you're ready to re-enter your body,

To bring your awareness back to your skin,

To your bones.

Begin to invite some small subtle movements into the body,

Perhaps wiggling fingers or toes,

Making any small subtle movements that the body asks for.

Ensuring that you move at a pace that is slow enough so that you bring this meditative state with you into your evening.

And then when you're ready,

I invite you to open your eyes.
