Good morning radiant being.
And I say good morning to all parts of you,
Not only the ones that we think of as radiant.
Good morning to all the parts of you that are present today.
Your divinity and your humanness and all the aspects of your humanness and the ones that might be present right now in your experience.
So beginning to take deep breaths,
And to your body.
Taking note of what parts of you are present today.
It could be the hopeful self or the hopeless self,
The grumpy self,
The happy self,
The joyful one,
The one that feels broken,
The one that feels needy,
The one that wants to be saved,
Or the one that's strong,
Courageous,
Wants to help.
What parts of you are present here today?
Welcome.
Welcome them yourself within you.
Notice what happens within you when you begin to accept what's present.
And a lot of the parts that are not very comfortable within us are the parts that we're trying to hide from the world and from others.
And we want to also bury because they don't feel great.
So notice what happens when you give all parts of you space to be and to breathe and a right to exist.
Notice perhaps your mothering qualities,
Divine mother qualities also in full embrace and full acceptance of.
And a right to exist.
And a right to be.
And notice your heart.
Perhaps it has softened and perhaps it has opened a little bit to include and welcome all parts of you right now.
And perhaps a sense of peace showed up perhaps.
We're not here to force any experience upon us.
We're here to open our hearts to what is.
And when we do that,
There is an opportunity of softening,
Of softening that might happen naturally or that we begin to move towards.
Notice the sounds around you in your environment.
And if there are some sounds that are not pleasant to your ears and your soul and your persona,
Notice that.
Give space to that rejection.
And if you feel rejected,
Give space to that open up to receive that sound as it is.
Notice anything from your current experience in this moment that you might be having a hard time opening your heart to and acknowledge that.
Anything that is making you contract rather than expand and soften,
Notice that.
And with your mothering qualities,
See it.
Give it space to be.
As your own self mothering yourself in this moment.
Caring for yourself,
Accepting you as you are.
And then notice if there is an opening for surrender.
If you would like to surrender to anything present in your life right now.
And in that surrender,
Gently and slowly opening your heart to that.
And that opening inviting you to a deeper surrender.
And notice the spaciousness and the love in your heart that can take it all in.
That can accept it all.
And all things present in this moment.
I will be silent now,
Allowing you space to receive that.
Receive your present experience as it is right now.
As you find yourself drifting into thought.
Invite yourself back into your body.
Into the present moment.
Invite yourself back into your heart.
And the embracing of the moment as it is.
And accepting yourself even when you find yourself lost in thought.
And you might judge that as not being able to be present.
In meditation we sway back and forth.
Into presence and into our thoughts.
And it's bound to happen.
So we learn to love that part of us and accept it.
And to make it an important part of meditation.
Every time we notice we have drifted into thought.
The eye of awareness is being strengthened.
Oh I've drifted and I come back to presence.
And bring your breath to your heart.
Taking deep breaths into your heart.
So I would like for us to have a common intention.
When we find ourselves throughout our day.
In the parts of us that feel uncomfortable.
The parts of us that we don't like.
To give it space.
To allow ourselves to see that part of us.
And to acknowledge it.
And listen to it.
And perhaps even ask what it needs from you.
Please take a moment to visualize yourself doing this during your day.
Pausing,
Being with that part of you.
Giving it space and listening to it.
The light within me and the human within me salutes all parts of you.
Namaste.
