This month on Mindgarden,

Self-love seeds.

May these seeds of encoded information grow deep into the soil of your subconscious mind and grow strong grounding roots with the help of sun,

Water,

Soil,

And the nourishment of repeated use,

And of course,

Time.

May these seeds help you bear the fruit of increased self-worth,

Emotional healing,

Acceptance,

Competence,

Inner strength,

And inner peace.

I invite you now to close your eyes.

Begin to deepen your breathing.

Bring awareness to your body and your heart space.

Take a deep breath in through the nose.

Hold at the top.

Exhale out of the mouth.

We're gonna do two more of those breaths.

Breathe in deep through the nose.

Hold at the top.

Release through the mouth.

Breathe in again through the nose.

Hold at the top.

Release through the mouth,

Releasing all tension,

All stress,

Letting your shoulders drop,

Allowing your forehead to relax.

Begin to breathe deeply again,

Normally.

Begin to repeat these affirmations that you hear either out loud or in your own head as you hear them.

I am worthy of love and respect,

Starting with my own.

I honor my feelings and give myself permission to feel them fully.

I treat myself with the same kindness I offer to others.

I am enough,

Just as I am in this moment.

I deserve time for rest and rejuvenation.

I am patient with myself as I grow and heal.

My worth is not determined by my productivity.

I choose to nourish my mind,

Body,

And soul.

I am proud of how far I have come and excited for where I am going.

I forgive myself for past mistakes and learn from them with compassion.

I am deserving of all the good things life has to offer.

I trust in my ability to overcome challenges with grace.

I am gentle with myself in times of struggle.

My needs and desires are valid and I honor them.

I am a work in progress and that's okay.

I give myself permission to take up space and be seen.

I am grateful for the love and support I give to myself.

I choose to focus on the positive aspects of my life.

I allow myself to rest without guilt or shame.

I embrace my imperfections and see them as a part of my unique beauty.

I am my own best friend and advocate.

I trust in my inner wisdom to guide me.

I am deserving of care and compassion from myself and others.

I celebrate my achievements no matter how small.

I give myself the love and attention I seek from others.

I am committed to taking care of my physical,

Emotional,

And spiritual needs.

I accept myself fully without judgment.

I am capable of creating the life I desire.

I choose peace over perfection.

I honor my boundaries and protect my energy.

I release the need for approval from others and focus on my own happiness.

I am a beautiful,

Unique expression of life deserving of all good things.

I love myself unconditionally every day.

The seeds have been planted and coded with specific information for self-love.

Just know that they know exactly how to grow and there's no need to doubt the process.

Trust your fruit will bear.

Trust that the fruit is already yours.

Begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment from your mind garden.

Start to wiggle your hands,

Your feet,

Your body.

Maybe do a big stretch overhead.

And pat yourself on the back for showing up today to do this work.

I'm so proud of you.

But the work does not finish.

It's never ending.

Keep coming back to your mind garden to plant these seeds.
