Gratitude is the fastest path to joy! When we experience gratitude, our body responds by releasing feel-good hormones and chemicals. When we choose gratitude over and over again, we literally condition ourselves into joy. Find gratitude for what is, not the way you'd like it to be, and experience joy all of the time.

Welcome friends,

Thanks for taking this time for us to be together.

Before we get started,

Just take a moment to make yourself comfortable,

Whether that's sitting or lying down.

If you have something to cover your eyes,

It's a good time to place that on your head now.

And doing our best just to insulate ourselves from distractions.

So if that means closing the door or eliminating any kind of ambient sound that's around you,

Just getting ourselves ready.

And as you start to settle into your position,

Just taking a moment to actively relax,

Softening the eyes as they close.

Begin to relax your face,

Your jaw,

Your temples.

Check in for a moment with how you're feeling.

Notice if you're feeling a little bit stressed or a little bit anxious,

Know that that's okay.

That these next few minutes are for you.

Giving yourself the space,

The permission to feel your absolute best.

So you begin this gratitude practice first just being grateful for this moment.

This moment exists here for you right here,

Right now.

And it's perfect.

Everything you've ever done has gotten you right here,

Right now.

Every decision that you've ever made has led you right here,

Right now.

And it's absolutely perfect.

Begin to relax your body more,

Take a moment to be grateful for this body.

This body that does so much for us.

And we don't even have to ask.

There are millions of little functions that are happening every single moment,

Trillions of cells in your body that know exactly what to do.

And for how you feel in your body,

Just take a moment right now and be grateful that you have it.

Begin to become aware of your beautiful breath.

This breath is giving us light every day,

Awake or asleep.

Notice what it feels like just to become aware of your breath.

You don't have to change it.

Just watch the inflow.

The outflow.

Grateful that you can breathe.

Let's take a little longer.

Breath is just sipping in a little bit more air than.

Find a gentle pause at the top of your breath just a moment to be absolutely still.

You get to the top of the next inhale that nice slow,

Long,

Deep in breath,

Pause again.

Just feel yourself absolutely still.

Opening the mouth,

Big releasing exhale.

Feel the body get a little bit more rely.

One more time.

The top of it in hell.

That breath in your body.

See if you can maybe take a little bit more breath in now yourself really expand.

The biggest exhale,

Release,

Let go.

Your breath come back to that natural rhythm inflow outflow.

It's working for you through the nose.

Great.

You need your mouth.

It's also great.

Let's dive now a little bit deeper into our attitude.

What are you grateful for.

The things in your life that bring you joy.

For the people that make your journey a bit easier.

What it feels like is these things pass through your mind.

Can you feel it in your body.

Our body doesn't even know the difference between a thought and an experience.

Yourself linger a little bit longer.

Feel this way all the time.

When you feel joy.

Grateful also when you feel pain.

Also grateful when things are challenging.

What if your default.

Natural state.

To be grateful just for whatever is unfolding.

To create gratitude.

To this feeling.

Training your body.

Maybe feel a smile.

Maybe you feel a bit of expansion.

Just to be right here right now.

As each moment passes notice how you don't need anything at all to be in this state.

Joy is coming from you.

Let's linger in that space just a little bit longer.

Make sure you can remember it.

Feel the weight of your body now.

Notice how that breath is still.

Holding some tension.

Actively release.

Lovingly invited to the.

Be grateful that you experienced.

Let's take a moment now.

Set our intention of how we want to feel.

When we open our eyes.

Setting the intention to find gratitude.

Maybe even in the smallest or simplest of places.

Just by bringing our attention.

To gratitude.

We start to draw more joy into our life.

That becomes like a magnet.

More grateful we feel.

More things come that bring us gratitude.

Thank you for taking this time.

And for gratitude.

Whenever you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and come back.

Let's take a moment now.

Let's take a moment now.

Let's take a moment now.
