To find your own alignment by evolving every day into your true nature. This practice starts with self reflection, thought provoking thinking to transition into meditation with practicing on how to use the breath in moments of worry or blockage.

Welcome,

My name is Melanie Kiss.

I am grateful for your presence here today and this opportunity to guide you during this meditation.

I will begin with a bit of self-reflection before diving into the meditation.

I believe strongly in creating expansion every day to align mind,

Body and soul.

Every step towards your wholeness.

Yes,

Yours.

Not someone else's ideal that may think may work for you,

But to find your own alignment by evolving every day into your true nature.

Today's reflection is about focusing on being a healthy person.

Healthy with the body,

Healthy with the mind,

Healthy with relationships,

Work and feeding the soul desires to feel aligned.

Everyone is unique in their own way with their goals.

And so I wanted to share some examples first.

And I invite you to simply listen and observe what is being said.

As I continue,

You'll have your own thoughts popping up of goals you may want to achieve.

Maybe goal you have tried to achieve in the past that doesn't seem to be working for you and feels like it's simply going further and further away.

And so here are some example of goals.

You desire to make healthy eating choices,

Healthy choices with your body and your mind.

Your body may not agree with certain foods,

Maybe it's sugar,

Maybe breads,

Maybe it's something specific.

Certain food that just doesn't agree with your body and you could feel the effects.

Or maybe you want to wake up early or morning run.

So that means going to bed early.

You may want to be able to make decisions for yourself and not worry about inconveniencing others in the process.

You may want to be consistent and professional in your work,

Your business,

So you find yourself changing your plans just to appease others and that's actually working against you.

You may want to break down barriers causing you to disconnect from others regarding your business.

You have these desires,

You've been told by many the magic formula that worked for them.

You have tried to make some changes,

But something is still missing.

In order to achieve these desires I invite you to take the first few steps.

And the first step is to relax the mind and then focus on what it is that you really want and need in your life.

What are your soul and heart saying to you?

Now your ego may be on the defensive line,

Even though the ego can come in handy,

But today I want you to focus on your soul and to learn how to align what your soul wants with what your mind is saying in the world that you currently live in.

It is up to you to dedicate time every single day and make the necessary efforts towards your goals.

So once you have relaxed your mind and determined what you want to focus on to be able to achieve your goal,

I invite you to focus on one thing at a time.

Adding too many eggs to your basket will be a hunt to find your path that will never come to an end.

And so I want you to say these statements firmly.

And here are some few examples and you'll be able to come up with your own example that will match with your goal.

So repeat these to yourself.

My intent is to wake up early.

An early time that works for me and go for a run.

Or today I will cut out a portion of my sugar intake.

Or I will focus on one task that works for me in my current environment that will support my business.

And so take a moment right now to think of that intention behind your goal.

And I will be silent here for a minute for you to be able to focus.

You can go back to your screen.

Now that you have your statement,

Focus on that statement,

That goal.

Remember,

One goal at a time.

You could also question the feelings behind why you may feel a certain way behind behaviors that make you feel guilty for not moving forward with your plans.

And it's important to visit those feelings and understand them so you can follow through with your goal.

And so today you will say to yourself,

I make necessary plans without feeling like I inconvenience others because this is my recipe for my success.

I know I am able to talk to many people so that my business flourishes.

In order to do this,

To reach these goals,

You need to be completely honest with yourself and others.

Getting done all that needs to be done with balance and ease.

And to get into a very comfortable position with your decisions and your actions.

If something doesn't feel right,

You have the capacity to make the necessary changes.

And so imagine yourself right now doing what you have set as your intention and doing it without really having to think about it.

You're comfortable in harmony and your actions are like breathing.

For most of us,

We go entire days without even thinking about our breath.

Yet it is the very thing keeping us alive.

Your breath has been there for you since the beginning,

Fitting to each moment exactly as it needs.

The breath never asks questions and it never judges you.

It simply does what is required instantaneously.

And so let's honor our breath now and all that it gives us by taking five significant and purposeful breaths.

One fully inhale,

Expanding your belly and chest as much as you can.

Feeling it for a moment and exhale feeling a wave of relaxation sweep over you.

Two inhale filling your entire breathing system with fresh oxygen.

Hold it and exhale noticing again that wave of relaxation gently sweeping over you.

Three inhale very deeply so that you are brimming with air.

Taking a moment at the top soaking in the life force we call oxygen and exhale noticing your body relaxing in different areas without any effort from you.

Four fully inhale the life force beginning to feel these breaths purifying your entire body.

Exhaling now not having to do anything at all just notice how you're feeling.

And five last one a full beautiful breath coming in.

Hold it feeling the goodness of this simple task and exhale allowing that wave of relaxation to sweep again over you.

Just take note of how you are feeling in this very moment.

You now have an abundance of oxygen.

This is how we're truly created to feel.

Breathing deeply and fully is an expression of self-compassion.

Let your breath be natural now and notice how abundance feels.

Good.

This is your new tool that you use when faced with feelings of blockage or worries.

You immediately pause and take five deep purposeful and powerful breaths that allow you to relax.

Taking these conscious and dedicated breaths make it easier for you to focus and find your alignment with your mind body and soul.

And so next time you catch yourself at a standstill you must take these five healing breaths.

Remember your intention.

Remember your goal.

Allowing yourself the flexibility and kindness of change where change may be necessary.

And remember that every day you create an expansion to evolve into your true nature.

Now let's ease into a state of complete relaxation.

Opening the subconscious mind allowing for any changes to take place.

Begin to slowly blink your eyes and with each number blink once.

Allow your eyes to gently close and when you do this you feel a wave of relaxation sweep over you.

Now just become aware now of your body and feel the space around you.

Notice how the space around you hugs to your shape.

Notice the feeling of your weight pressing down.

Imagine a color surrounding you.

The color of your choice.

The first color that pops into your head.

That color surrounds you like a bubble supporting you.

Keeping you safe.

And see if you can feel the earth below you.

As if it's pressing up and supporting you.

Now become aware of the very top of your head.

And put all your focus there.

Noticing any sensations you have.

Noticing any sensations you have right there now.

Start moving down.

Focus now on your eyes.

And feel how they feel.

And notice the tiny movements they are making.

These movements relax you further.

Start noticing your nose.

And feel the air passing through as you breathe in and out.

Noticing now your mouth.

And taking your awareness down your neck.

And if you notice any tension,

Just ask it to be released.

And release it.

Notice the sensations in your body that is making you very relaxed and comfortable.

Become aware of your chest and lungs.

Expanding and contracting with your breath.

Perhaps you could feel your heart beating,

Pumping with love.

Now send your focus down your arms all the way to each fingertip.

Feeling the sensations of touch in your fingertips.

Your focus is now on your abdomen and all of your vital organs.

Just notice how your belly feels and how it's digesting.

Notice your pelvis and hips and the sensations of your weight pressing down.

This takes you deeper into a state of relaxation.

Your awareness goes down each leg.

Over your knees.

And down all the way to your feet and to each toe.

Notice how completely relaxed your entire body feels right now.

Good.

You now have become aware of every part of your body.

This is meditative.

I'm going to tell you something very important and you will deeply hear the words that I have to say to you.

And they will affect your life for the better.

You are completely aware of every level of your mind.

And even though your body may feel asleep,

These things I'm going to tell you can change your life for the better.

Eating healthy is the first step in being healthy.

And it is a lifetime commitment.

You choose to eat whole foods and completely eliminate what needs to be eliminated.

You know best.

You know what your body needs.

You'll scour all areas where food is kept,

Cabinets,

The freezer,

The refrigerator.

And you'll throw out foods that contain things that just don't make you feel good.

And make conscious effort to cook at home,

Making simple recipes with ease to begin with.

And as time goes by,

You see results.

Just the results will start with your mind,

And your body,

And then your soul.

You start to enjoy cooking because you have found what works for you.

Exercise is also very important.

You start your day by picking a time that works for you to get the exercise that you enjoy.

You connect with nature by stepping outside fully in the present moment as you pay attention to details in the beauty that surrounds you.

You feel Mother Nature supporting you in your journey.

Earth does provide you with oxygen after all.

And when you notice a troublesome thought is coming your way,

Look at nature and appreciate the beauty,

Its oxygen,

And take a deep breath.

Breathing and exercise removes toxins from your body and heal you in every way.

Here are some basics in cultivating balance and healthy relationships.

It is important to care about others,

But you must be cared for as well.

Others appreciate you when you're completely honest with them,

And your honesty can be done with kindness and compassion.

It is healthy and important to not extend yourself too far in any circumstances.

You feel completely free to let others handle what they need to take care of,

Concentrating on the tasks you need to complete.

Your business requires a lot of social interaction in many ways.

Finding harmony with family,

Life,

And work can be done.

You know when you will be off-key.

Take a breath,

Focus on what needs attention,

And harmonize all three once again.

You have an excellent understanding of how to manage your time,

Perfectly fitting into every day,

All that you need to accomplish.

When you're in the moment,

You will have time to do exactly what needs to be done.

When you learn to have time on your side,

It's as if time is standing still.

If you find yourself losing time,

Focus on the present moment and revise what task needs to be eliminated that is keeping you from feeling aligned with your world.

Your relationships,

Your business,

Yourself thrive when you attend to each person with clarity,

Care,

Love,

Openness,

One by one.

Notice how you're feeling.

Now hear yourself saying,

I go to bed early and with ease so then when I rise,

I am well rested and ready for my day.

I have found myself again by expressing my needs honestly with my loved ones taking on only as much as I can handle.

I never feel inconvenienced by friends and family because I set firm boundaries with what I allow myself to take on.

I do this easily and with confidence.

I see clearly the tasks and I need to complete.

I do so efficiently and effortlessly.

I exude integrity,

Authenticity because I am honest with my words and inner feelings.

Others value me because I greatly value myself and I value people that surround me.

I am consistent and professional sticking to plans that I created.

I feel completely free to kindly say no when someone asks too much of me.

Even though I feel tempted to eat food that doesn't agree with me,

I choose healthy foods instead and my body always thanks me for this choice.

When I have free time,

I research healthy foods to eat and which foods to avoid.

Balancing family and business is very important to me so I always take care of my needs first,

Creating a wave of harmony.

In order to change all that I desire,

I simply practice new techniques that build healthy habits every single day without skipping a day.

Now notice how you feel.

It's important to be aware and acknowledge how we feel and address what needs to be addressed.

This is how we evolve.

This is how we take expansion into our true nature.

So let's come back to wakeful awareness,

Bringing back all that you have learned today.

Start wiggling your toes.

One.

Slowly.

Two.

Three.

Move your body.

Four.

Slowly stretch out.

Five.

Six.

Move your fingers and your arms.

Seven.

Start to feel energized.

Eight.

Smile.

Nine.

And ten.

Thank you.

And remember,

Find your own alignment by evolving every day into your true nature.

Allow yourself to discover.

Be curious.

Have fun.

And enjoy life.
