This short guided meditation helps you relax and gently settle into the present moment, especially on days when you feel tense or overwhelmed. You’ll be invited to focus on your breath and simply notice whatever is happening inside without trying to change it. The practice encourages acceptance and calm, allowing you to find a quiet space within yourself, entering your body, arriving here and now.

Relax.

Some days we just feel tense and we know we need a way to release this tension.

But we don't know how.

Let me guide you through to find a way to release and relax into what is.

Close your eyes,

Dear one.

This is a short guided meditation.

Let my words wash over you.

Take a deep breath.

Take another one.

Take a third one.

Feel your blood running through your veins.

Feel your heartbeat carrying your blood into your body.

Feel your skin on your scalp.

Feel the prickling on your fingertips.

Feel the muscles in your neck.

Relax your shoulders.

Sink into your body.

Feel the floor beneath your feet.

Feel the ground holding you.

Feel your spine lifting you up.

Take a deep breath.

Relax into what is.

Release the tension.

Let it wash over you.

You don't need to be anyone or anywhere.

You can allow yourself to feel your body.

Feel the emotions flowing through you.

You are allowed to be and relax.

Take a deep breath in.

Take another one.

Feel your eyes resting in your sockets.

Feel your tongue relaxed.

Feel into your jar.

Unclenched.

You don't need to be anyone or anywhere.

You can allow yourself to be and to breathe.

You can allow yourself to take a deep breath and sink into what is.

It is okay to feel emotions running through you.

It is okay to feel tensed.

You don't need to be anyone or anywhere.

Take a deep breath,

Dear one.

Another one.

The third one.

You don't need to be anyone.

You are allowed to relax into what is.

Simply be.

Simply just breathe.

And remind yourself that you can only give when your vessel is full.

Be well,

Dear one.
