This is Stefania and let's do some tapping emotional freedom technique with affirmations for serenity and a calm mind.
You can tap on these various meridian points with me,
Which I'll explain later,
Or if you like,
You can just listen to the affirmations or say them while putting your hands on your heart to send good energy and love into your heart chakra.
Just make yourself comfortable in whatever way is best for you.
The meridian points that we'll be tapping on are the karate point.
That is,
Tap the side of one hand with two or three fingers of your dominant hand.
The next point is the inner eyebrows,
Right on the inner point there.
The next point is the temples,
Just below the temple area,
Very gently.
The next point is under the eyes.
After that,
The next point is the area between your lower lip and chin.
Next is the collarbone.
After that,
The next meridian point is the underarm,
A bit down on the ladies that would be the bra line,
And on the guys that would be that area.
And finally,
The crown,
Top of your head.
I'll describe these points as we go along so you can follow.
Let's have a nice breath in to calm ourselves,
And out.
And let's begin.

Collarbone,
I let go of negativity.
Under arms,
I let go of fear.
Crown,
Top of head.
Things are always working out for me.
Under eyebrows,
Everything will be okay.
Temples,
I am worthy.
Under eyes,
I am good enough.
Between lip and chin,
I can get the help I need.
Collarbone,
I'm not alone.
Under arm,
I am a problem solver.
Crown of head,
Right answers and solutions come to me when my mind is calm.
Under eyebrows,
I remember to stop,
Relax,
And relax.
Inner eyebrows,
I remember to stop,
Breathe,
And relax when I'm feeling stressed.
