Welcome to your guided meditation,

Power Up.

Meditate at work.

This is a gentle guided practice where you can begin to more consciously integrate the tools you learn in meditation in your daily work life.

Take this time to find a comfortable seated position where you can be quiet and you won't be disturbed.

Take a breath,

Inhale,

And relax your whole body.

Breathing in new energy,

Exhaling,

Relaxing your body from the top of your head all the way through your body down to the bottoms of your feet.

Allow yourself to become tension free and at ease in your inner self.

The first tool is focus.

You can cultivate focus by concentrating on a single word or sound or even concentrating on your breath.

So we'll take this time to focus on the breath,

Counting your breaths 10 to 1.

When we're focused,

We're more productive,

Our mind becomes sharp,

Unwavering.

So let's count together,

Breathing in,

Inhale,

Exhale 10,

Exhale 9,

Exhale 8,

Going deeper,

Letting the mind become focused on your breath in your body.

You can start your day with 10 breaths and take this time now to contemplate your intention for work.

What is your intention?

Now see if you can make your intention into a short,

Simple statement in the present tense.

Creating an affirmation,

Centering yourself in your work mantra and repeating it to yourself Now,

Quietly and softly for the next minute,

Quietly,

Slowly and softly,

Repeat your mantra and notice your experience.

Breathe deeply into your mantra.

Let your body,

Your mind,

And your spirit fully receive the energy of your affirmation.

Now take this time to visualize your success at work.

What does success mean to you?

What does it look like to you?

What does it feel like?

What is it like to embody true success?

Breathe this in.

Feel the emotions.

Surrender to the feeling of success in your body,

In your energy.

Feel the gratitude for this experience.

Visualize your impact,

The feeling of fulfillment,

Satisfaction,

And contentment.

Breathe in and breathe out.

As you go into work,

Take time to center yourself in your body,

Your breath.

Remember to pay attention to your body and your breath as you work so that you can be fully present,

Awake,

And aware.

Always be mindful of your interactions with others.

Stay aware of your feelings,

Your emotions,

And notice how practicing positive intention towards yourself and others impacts your ability to work well.

Ground yourself in your affirmation and let's close by silently repeating your affirmation three times.

Thank you so much for practicing Power Up Guided Meditation at work.

Blessings.

Namaste.
