But we're just gonna settle here for a moment Taking a juicy deep breath in breathing in through the nose at your own pace And fully releasing Maybe just taking a moment to connect back to the body so dropping out of the mind Into the body as we continue that nice breathing Maybe noticing where we're holding tension today So any scrunching in the forehead Any clenching in the jaw The shoulders risen up to the elbows feeling that stress and weight of the world We're gonna use our next cycle of breath to ease off in those places Using your exhale to release that tension from the body Taking a moment here to know that you are worthy of this moment You're worthy of delving in to that pool of calm That we all have inside of us Taking a moment to send that deep gratitude inward Thanking the mind and body for bringing us here today Helping us in our battles Even in moments where we feel weak the body always Is fighting for us and pulling through And if there's any feelings of guilt or shame for treating your body in a unkind way We're gonna honor those feelings knowing that It's okay We don't always need to have this armor We don't always need to be gripping tightly onto that rope in this game of tug-of-war We can begin to drop the rope Bravely step out of our own way for a while And allow ourselves to experience and feel the love and kindness We so freely give out to others So let's fully honor ourselves in this mini practice Easing back into our day by taking three Really gentle deep breaths Breathing in through the nose at your own pace And fully releasing Breathing in connecting to that feeling of the belly gently rising on the inhale And gently falling on the exhale Breathing in that energizing air Tuning into the sounds outside And fully releasing Taking your time to come back to your day
