Using POWERFUL VISUALIZATIONS, you will learn how to get yourself out of a funk when you are feeling low! Add a sprinkle of INTENTION too shift out of this energy and embrace the CALM, the RESET, the FRESH START. Module 1 ~ "F" = FIND IT - identify how you are feeling, where you are feeling it and whether it is sitting in your physical, emotional, mental or spiritual body (perhaps a combination of these). Module 2 ~ "U" = UNLEASH IT - Let yourself begin the releasing process, noticing any lessons, cutting energetic cords, scooping it out, drawing it out in a soothing and gentle way. Module 3 ~ "N" = NURTURE IT - Give yourself compassion, love and forgiveness while soothing your soul. Learn, heal and release any final crumbs. Module 4 ~ "K" = KICK IT - Send the funk lots of love and gratitude for the lessons, the forced paused, the time you took to reflect and rest. Guided visualizations, simple questions to ponder and a sacred space to feel into the funk. Apply this to low energy slumps (FUNKS), specific triggers, mindset speed bumps and even injury or sickness. **This course is helpful in identifying the root cause however it is not necessary to identify the exact root cause, working with the feelings is perfectly beneficial**

It's time to begin to unleash the funk now that you have identified it. Visualize the funk as an object, describe where it is resting in your being, notice particular attributes and release it creatively. Recognize the funk in whatever way works for you, visually, knowing, feeling, hearing, even tasting! Perhaps you want to envision your entire being as the funk.

"N" Nurture It!

Working our way out of the funk, nurturing ourselves with compassion, care and love. Ignite recovery mode with some helpful suggestions and tools to love yourself back to a neutral space. Forgiveness is key, emotional releases are welcome, let's keep the momentum flowing.
