Hi love,

I'm Teresa,

And this meditation is for anyone who feels behind,

Late,

Or unsure about their timing.

Let's come back into the intelligence of your own rhythm.

Settle into a comfortable position,

And if it feels okay,

Soften your gaze or let your eyes close.

Notice your breath,

And allow it to slow just slightly.

There is so much pressure to be ahead,

Finished,

Or certain,

But becoming doesn't follow a straight line.

Place a hand over your heart,

And say quietly,

My timing is not wrong.

Let the words settle.

Your nervous system unfolds at the pace it feels safe.

Not the pace of comparison.

Not the pace of expectation.

Imagine your life like a seed underground,

Rooting,

Strengthening,

And preparing in unseen ways.

Take a slow breath in,

And exhale,

Letting go of urgency.

You are not late.

You are arriving.

Let your awareness drop down into your body,

Into your legs,

Your feet,

The ground beneath you,

And feel how deeply supported you are.

When you are ready,

Gently bring yourself back to the present moment,

And thank you for trusting your own becoming.

Your path knows what it is doing,

And as you return to your day,

Remember as always,

You are loved,

You are whole,

You are enough.
