Welcome to your Real Confidence Meditation.

Before we begin,

Please find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down now for the next 10 minutes or so.

Put up the Do Not Disturb sign.

Grab some lavender.

Hop into your Zen Den.

Grab a cozy blanket.

Give yourself the gift of your own presence to enjoy this meditation.

Make sure that you're warm enough and let's begin.

Gently close your eyes and let's just start by breathing deeply in through your nose and out through your nose.

Every exhalation,

I want you to visualize any constriction you're feeling,

Any fear,

Any anxiety.

Feel it leaving your body with your breath on every inhalation.

Visualize that you're inhaling the peaceful,

Positive,

Expansive energy that's all around you.

Continue breathing deeply and let's do a full body relaxation before we move into your Real Confidence.

Visualize or imagine a beautiful amethyst light coming in through the crown chakra at the top of your head,

Moving from above to below.

Every part of your body that this light touches instantly and completely relaxes.

See and feel the warmth of that healing light moving down behind your eyes,

Relaxing all of the muscles around your eyes,

Moving into your face muscles and your jaw muscle,

Completely and totally relaxing.

See and feel that light moving into your neck muscles,

Into your traps,

Your shoulders,

All the way down to your biceps,

Triceps,

Your elbows,

Your forearms,

Your wrists,

All the way down to your hands and your fingers.

Completely and totally relax.

See and feel this healing light moving to the back of your body,

Relaxing your upper back,

Releasing your middle back,

Relaxing your lower back and your buttocks.

Your entire back is simply melting into the chair or the couch or the bed.

Now feel the warmth of that light moving to the front of your body,

Relaxing the big muscles of your chest,

Moving down your side body to your obliques.

And now visualize this beautiful amethyst light pouring into your entire torso,

Illuminating all of your internal organs as well,

Detoxifying and relaxing.

See and feel this light moving into your hips,

Relaxing the big muscles of your thighs,

Your hamstrings,

Moving down to your knees,

Your shins,

Your calves,

All the way down to your ankles,

Your feet and your toes.

Your entire body is completely and totally relaxed.

And I want you to visualize that that beautiful amethyst light is encircling the outside of your body as well.

Allow yourself to be in a cocoon or a halo of light.

No harm can come through this light,

Only positive loving energy.

And now that you're relaxed from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

It's easy for you to visualize with perfect clarity.

Allow yourself to float in that cocoon as you visualize in your mind's eye.

Visualize the words that represent how you feel about your real confidence right now.

Feelings of constriction,

Feeling unsure,

Feeling small,

Feeling insecure,

Feeling that people's opinions matter too much.

Visualize those words and those feelings.

It's like the confidence seems to come and go.

We can't seem to hold on to it.

It's as if there's two different you's when it comes to confidence.

Sometimes you feel like you're overly confident,

But is that real?

Is that fake?

Some of you feel awkward around your confidence.

It's sort of like getting your sea legs up.

Not sure how strong it is.

Not feeling truly confident.

This is what we're moving through and as we move through those feelings,

We move into our desired state of our real confidence.

And so much of this is endless inner peace.

Living wholeheartedly,

The strength to trust your intuition,

Feeling grounded,

Free,

Wise,

Feeling calm and strong,

Comfortable in your own skin,

Feeling anchored,

Limitless,

Expansive,

And feeling like courageous,

Right?

Like the world is your oyster.

You can do anything and that you are enough.

Allow those words to sink deeply into your heart chakra,

Deeply into your mind.

Allow the feelings that go along with those words,

That groundedness,

Right?

That feeling of being strong in your confidence,

Even if you don't always know that you're doing the exact right thing.

Because real confidence is really having confidence that you're going to be okay.

It's having confidence that no matter what happens,

You're okay.

You know who you are.

If you make a mistake,

You can say you're sorry.

You know how to right the ship.

And that's really what we're working towards,

Is the flexibility and the durability of your true and authentic confidence.

It comes as a knowing who you are,

Being willing to be vulnerable and make mistakes,

Knowing that that is part of life and not being so ashamed or making yourself so wrong that you can't recover from those mistakes.

So now we're going to take the next minute or so just repeating this week's mantra in your mind.

My real confidence grows naturally with each and every authentic interaction and experience.

So continue repeating this silently in your mind and I'll let you know when it's time to come back.

Gently stop repeating this week's mantra and bring your attention back to your body,

Back to the room that you're in,

Back to the bed or the couch that you're on.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Feel those feelings of being solid,

Confident,

Joyful,

Excited with your new confidence right in the middle of your chest.

And now just stretch your hands and rock your feet and give yourself a nice big full body stretch.
