So you're hanging out in rest and dream time and you're allowing your body to be so calm.

One hand is to your tummy and one hand is to your heart.

And you can really feel the belly rise and the belly fall.

You can feel the rhythm of your heart and how it beats.

And have you have your own little drummer inside of you with your heart.

So can you start to as your eyes are closed and you're looking at the insides of your eyelids.

Start to listen to that rhythm that your inner drum is making.

Listen to the sound of the breath as you inhale and exhale.

Good job everybody.

Listen to the way that your brain feels as it relaxes in your head.

You don't even have to think about anything.

You can just give yourself space.

As if your mind is on a little bit of a do nothing vacation.

But then as you keep breathing and feeling yourself relaxed,

Start to notice how hard it is to do nothing.

That's okay,

It's hard for everybody.

But when you are the observer,

When you allow yourself to watch your thoughts,

We learn how to not become our thoughts.

And in turn,

We learn how to just do nothing and have a little mini vacation to relax so that our insides can smile.

Exactly rising and belly falling as you inhale and breathe in belly,

Lungs and ribs.

Exhaling ribs,

Lungs and belly.

You might yawn,

You might feel yourself drifting off,

But that's okay.

You're just breathing quietly,

Allowing your insides to smile.

And just like you feed your body with good food,

Your breath nurtures your body so that you can be healthy and strong.

So feel yourself doing nothing.

Just being happy,

Relaxed.

Then you might observe how hard it is to keep your arms and your legs from moving about.

So can you just use the next breath to let your arms and legs start to soften like a piece of pasta so that the noodles of your arms and your legs can just relax as if you just placed the noodle out on a plate.

Just sitting there,

Relaxed.

Inhaling maybe through the nose if you can.

And then exhaling calmly through your mouth or your nose.

Good breathing everybody.

Feel the stillness in your body that starts to relax your shoulders.

And you know how sometimes your thoughts are so heavy that it's like carrying a heavy backpack of schoolbooks.

As we create this do nothing space,

Feel how you've let go of the backpack and you've set it down so that your shoulders can relax and smile.

All the bones in your body and the muscles take a big sigh of relief.

Just inhaling and exhaling,

Peace and ease because all you're doing is letting your mind do nothing.

You're giving yourself this incredible time in as your eyelids are closed and you're listening to the rhythm of your heart,

That beautiful drum that's all your own.

Inhaling and exhaling.

As you breathe a little bit deeper,

Feel how sweet,

Almost like a piece of chocolate or your favorite candy,

Feel how sweet and nurturing the stillness you're creating is so that you can kind of grow and develop this incredible skill to be still.

Inhaling and exhaling,

Belly rising and belly falling.

You can feel through the stillness and you can feel through the rhythm of your heart how your big toe is connected to your pinky and how your pinky is connected to your belly button and how your belly button is connected to your teeth.

Feel yourself soften into this wholeness you're creating as you simply allow yourself to inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Feel how as you grow and you can sense your legs lengthening longer and your arms lengthening longer that you can feel space between your skin on your body and your clothes.

You're so relaxed that you can find all these little,

Little tiny details as you create more freedom in your mind,

In your heart,

In your body,

Smiling as you inhale and exhale and do nothing.

You're just breathing and being so peaceful and you're as light as a cloud in the sky just floating by.

Feel your feet as you breathe into them even with your socks and your shoes on.

Feel your feet relax and let's take a deep breath in and a deep breath out as you exhale into your feet and then with that same strong powerful breath that you have,

Feel yourself breathe into your calves.

Breathing through the nose and exhale into your calves and your knees and your long,

Long legs.

Breathe into them.

Feeling the belly rise and the belly fall.

Give a good inhale and exhale to all the organs in your body that make you strong.

All the things that process out the icky stuff,

The gunk,

The toxins,

All the things that help you digest your food,

All the organs that help you take a deeper breath like your lungs.

Feel the lungs as they cradle your heart,

Inhaling and exhaling.

And then give your shoulders this really,

Really incredible opportunity to relax all the way down to the fingertips and feel the breath like a waterfall or when you turn the faucet on at home and you let the water just roll down your fingers.

Feel the breath moving through your shoulders and your elbows and your wrists.

Breathing and exhaling,

Feel yourself so strong and calm as your neck is long and the space between your ears is really,

Really not busy like a traffic jam or a car racing.

Your mind is completely clear like an open road and you can go anywhere and do anything with this freedom that you've created by doing nothing.

No thing pose.

What a great pose to do,

Right?

So let's start to wake our body up by wiggling our fingers and our toes.

Good job.

And then bend your knees to your chest and we'll do our favorite pose that Mrs.

Purple loves.

Let's do the octopus pose and shake them out a little bit.

Shake,

Shake,

Shake your body.

Oh yeah.

And then we'll slowly come up to a seated space so that as you come up to a seated space,

We'll bring ourselves to sit on our behinds in our lotus pose.

Can you come up to lotus pose now?

Breathe deeply.

So everybody put your tush to the carpet.

Let's all sit up and let you can do it Crystal.

Yes.

Okay.

But we're still because our mind is doing nothing,

Right?

We're still so quiet and relaxed.

That's such a good job Nick.

Let's all bring our hands in front of our hearts.

And does anybody still feel some kind of gunk stuff stuck in your head?

Some kind of icky thought?

You do?

Yeah.

Okay.

So let's rub our hands,

Rub our hands and rub our hands as fast as fast as fast as we can and then take whatever thoughts in our mind that's making us unhappy or making us feel icky and then throw it over your shoulders.

Just let it go.

Should we do it again?

No.

Okay.

Rub your palms together as fast as fast as fast as fast as fast as you can.

Okay.

And then whatever gunk that's stuck in your ears,

All that bad talk and anything that makes you feel icky,

It's time to let it go.

Don't you think?

Yes.

Okay.

Push it right over your shoulders and let it go.

And then shake your head from side to side and up and down and then place your hands over your closed eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose as you fill yourself up with goodness and calm energy and peace and happiness.

And then as you exhale,

Release your hands and blow out.

So you've cleared all the clouds away and you're nice and happy and shiny.

Good job everybody.

What do you think?

You did such a good job.
