Welcome to this guided meditation.

Thank you so much for joining me and sharing your time with me today.

I'd invite you now to find a comfortable spot where you can just rest easily for the next several minutes.

You can find a spot sitting or lying down just so long as wherever you are it is a comfortable landing place for you.

Just get perhaps with a pillow beneath your knees,

Maybe a blanket,

This space for yourself and just slowly tuning into breath now.

Just noticing the natural inhale,

Natural exhale to just be guided slowly by what your body is offering to you right in this moment.

Any adjustments tending to any spaces that need a little bit of extra attention and then just seeing if you might be able to start slowing the breath down just a little bit with each inhale and each exhale.

And as you do,

Inviting,

Softening,

Softening in the muscles,

Working to surrender the weight of your body to the surface beneath it and inviting you now connecting with the word spaciousness,

Noticing what comes up for you,

Feel into it.

Is it an invitation for you?

Is it something that you feel well acquainted with?

Perhaps it's something that is not yet known.

Maybe you've had glimpses of it,

But you have not yet fully immersed yourself in.

Perhaps it's something that you're craving.

So just noticing and allowing for spaciousness right here,

Right now for yourself.

Breathe into it.

In the space to create comfort,

Ease,

A peaceful feeling,

Allowing for it to bring a sense of freedom,

To make some room.

Making room to be guided more by your wise and beautiful body and your heart and maybe less by that busy mind.

Allowing for it to create expansiveness,

Create time,

To create pleasure and enjoyment,

To feel alive,

Conscious,

And intentional.

Maybe it means doing less and receiving more,

Perhaps making room for all that good to come in.

Spaciousness,

Find me if I'm always running.

So imagining offering this beautiful experience to yourself now,

Perhaps lengthening in the body,

Breathing slower,

Feeling the heart breaking open into spaciousness now as it unfolds before you.

It's interwoven into every single thread that makes up our lives and it's at your fingertips right here,

Right now,

And in every moment that follows.

It means time to breathe,

To reflect,

Time to dedicate to healing practices,

Relationships that are dear to you.

It means taking breaks,

Means being so intentional with your time,

Means releasing rigidity,

But instead being guided by your intuition,

Savoring things as you experience them and it's being nourished by the things you and just thinking about what else spaciousness might offer.

Maybe it means space in your schedule,

Not filling up every moment,

Not working beyond city,

Saying yes right away instead or to rest,

Choosing discernment.

Spaciousness means there's,

It means space in your body and just noticing how it's showing up in your body right now,

Perhaps softening spaciousness in your belly,

Spaciousness through your heart,

Senses,

Taking space between your breath,

Expanding,

Being alive and connected to sensation and pulling down.

It means space in your mind,

Space to contemplate and to think and reflect,

Serving yourself,

Being so with patience and grace,

Thinking where else space might serve you,

Imagining it all in front of you now,

In space,

Not spending every,

Releasing scarcity and impulsivity.

It means allowing yourself to receive abundance,

Consider purchases and being intentional and aligned with your goals and values.

It's time to decide,

Space to reconsider.

It means space from your emotions,

Not reacting immediately,

But taking time to examine and be curious and open,

Experiencing your feelings as an invitation to look at something rather than being a sign of a problem.

Space to sit and breathe and be in whatever experience might be arising for you.

So fully allowing yourself now to imagine spaciousness in your life now from this point forward.

Spaciousness removes urgency,

Pressure and expectations.

It removes reactivity,

Allows you time to consider and reconsider,

Offers the freedom of the choice,

Full and true integrity to cherish and service of your best and highest good.

Spaciousness makes you wait,

It makes you patience,

Makes you great.

It's selecting what your soul are truly aligned with,

Which means less clutter,

Less waste and less distraction.

It offers you the opportunity to delight in all that is present in your life,

Right?

Focus on what you're missing,

Focus on what you've got.

This space,

There is so much room for so much more.

So much beautiful abundance,

Attitude,

Faith,

Trust,

Enjoyment and rest.

So,

So much more.

This space,

This wisdom is guiding you to,

Purpose is achieved,

Your dharma is real,

Your vision is in process and not through great effort but through alignment of what is and what is meant to be.

Beautiful thing is you don't need to build anything because it's already built.

You already know how to do this.

Beautiful gift it is,

This precious body,

This wise and guiding soul,

Softening,

Receiving,

Setting intention to carry the system.

As you prepare to come out of this meditation,

Extending gratitude to yourself for making space for this practice today and always.

Be well.
