This original reading and guided meditation are an invitation to stop running and gently turn toward the quiet ache within—the subtle longing that lives beneath the surface of our lives. Through stillness, breath, and a divine waterfall of grace, you’ll be guided to soothe your mind, heart, body, and soul, allowing the ache to reveal itself not as darkness, but as light. This is a space to soften, to remember who you are beneath fear and striving, and to rest in the truth of your own wholeness. Ideal for moments of emotional tenderness, inner inquiry, or when you’re longing for deep calm and reconnection. Music: The Deep by Liborio Conti

Hello and welcome.

I'd like to welcome you here to this time together.

And today what I'll be doing is reading some of my poetry,

Or just things that I've written after I've been in meditation,

And share some of this with you,

And then gently go into a guided flow,

Sacred flow.

I'm not really even sure what I'll say after that,

But it will come from source or the divine.

I am but the hole in the flute through which this flows.

So this first part I've entitled The Ache Within.

The quiet ache is uncomfortable.

It's what we all run from.

It's what we hide from.

It's the darkness.

It's the monsters under our bed,

In our closets.

It's the terrible nightmares where we run and run and run,

And it seems to go on forever.

And sometimes we're caught between ourselves and the darkness.

But what happens if we stop?

What happens if we stop to breathe and see?

To see what's really lurking?

What are we really running from or hiding from?

Could it be ourselves?

Could it be the quiet ache within?

And then I've written another excerpt.

The quiet ache is the light within,

The feeling,

The longing that never quite subsides.

Like the rising quake of the tides,

Let it reveal its strength and majesty.

Why do you run?

Why do you hide?

The feeling will only get bigger,

Stronger,

Longer.

Pause.

Inner wisdom shines through like the sun.

Thunder quaking,

Heartbreaking,

Cracking open to newness,

To you,

To the real you,

Who you just meet today.

Tender,

Battered,

Bruised,

But solidly whole,

Bright,

Luminous.

Like the full moon allowing the light to reflect all that she is.

Remembrance of truth,

Of divinity,

Of grace.

And now I invite you to settle in for this sacred flow.

Get as comfortable as possible.

And if your eyes are not already closed,

I invite you to gently close your eyes.

Allow your sit bones to feel heavy.

Get as comfortable as possible.

Maybe loosening your shoulders,

Putting one up,

Back and down,

The other up,

Back and down.

Unclenching the jaw.

And feel into these words.

Feel into the tenderness that may come up.

Feel into the pinpoint at the center of your chest.

The light always within.

And I invite you to put your right hand on your heart.

Maybe your left hand on your belly.

And to feel into this pinpoint.

The light that is calmly always there.

Waking with wisdom and grace.

Reminding you of who you are.

Letting go of the stories,

The memories,

The beliefs.

Calming to that pinpoint of light.

The center of your chest.

Take some deep breaths into this.

Releasing down your grounding cord.

And maybe talk to that light.

Ask it,

Who am I?

Who truly am I?

And just listen.

And maybe you feel a felt sense,

A feeling in your body.

Follow the feeling.

Maybe it feels like a heaviness.

Like the ache within.

Ask that ache,

What does it want?

What does it want you to know?

Maybe it's a felt sense,

A feeling of sadness,

But yet homecoming.

The feeling that we get sometimes when we take the time to stop.

To quietly listen.

And like a valve releasing,

Sometimes emotions come up.

Whatever arises,

All is okay.

And with the rise and fall of the breath,

Each time it rises,

There's a gentle coming home.

And the out-breath settling in.

And just listen a little more.

Maybe you're feeling a release of any emotions or tension.

And now I invite you,

As you feel your sit bones,

To lean back into the beautiful waterfall of grace.

And to allow the gentle flow of this beautiful radiant light to come into the top of your crown.

And it comes in at just the right amount,

Showering you with who you are,

This golden light.

And maybe listen to any intentions that you'd like to bring into your day.

Maybe gratitude and love and joy.

And now,

Whatever else might come in,

Allow it to come in and permeate your back body,

Shower you with this grace.

Down your third eye,

Your throat like a warm cup of tea,

Or your favorite drink.

Soothing like honey.

Down into your heart,

Meeting with this beautiful pinpoint of light that is now expanding,

Expanding,

Expanding and growing with this beautiful light within.

Releasing any emotions,

Any sadness,

Maybe that ache.

We can feel it.

Soothing.

Releasing.

If you become and remember the light that you are,

Down into your solar plexus,

Your belly,

This radiant light,

The I am presence of who you are in this moment.

Down into your sacrum,

Your pelvis,

Your sit bones,

Down into your legs,

All the way to the soles of your feet.

And I invite you to remember the expansive light that you are.

Whenever you're feeling that subtle ache within,

When you slow down,

I invite you to come back to this practice.

Come back to this remembrance of the light and let it expand in your body and allow yourself to listen to these moments of remembrance and grace.

And I invite you to slowly come back into awareness,

Into your body,

Into this felt sense.

And I thank you for joining me for this practice,

For this reading and gentle flow.

And may it serve as a snapshot and a reminder that you can come back to it anytime.

I'm so blessed to have you join me and I love you because I can.

Have an amazing day filled with joy and gratitude.

Namaste.
