Automatic writing becomes more powerful when we first come home to ourselves—to the breath, to the body, to the quiet wisdom waiting beneath the surface. Before you press play on the recording or begin your own practice, take a few moments to settle and set up a quiet space. Just let your pen move from this place of grounded presence. Let the body speak through the page.

Welcome to your automatic writing practice.

This is your space to soften,

To listen,

And to write from the wisdom already within you.

Thank you for being here,

And I'm honored to guide you.

You don't need to overthink or get it right.

Just let the words move through you.

Try not to lift your pen.

Try not to edit or pause.

Let this be more of a conversation between your breath and your truth.

I'll guide you through a series of questions.

After each one,

You'll have space to write freely.

Let the question settle,

And then begin without judgment and without rushing.

Breathe,

Drop in,

And let yourself be surprised by what comes through.

Let's begin.

Coming home to the body.

Take a moment to arrive.

Feel your breath slow down.

Feel your feet on the ground,

And notice the quiet intelligence of your body.

Let the pen become an extension of your breath,

Free,

Unfiltered,

Honest.

Write without editing.

Let the body speak first.

When you're ready.

Where in my body do I feel most alive right now?

What sensations am I noticing beneath the surface?

What is my body asking for without words?

Where have I been holding tension that I didn't even realize?

What's one thing I can do today to honor my physical self?

What parts of me are longing to be witnessed?

How does safety feel in my body today?

What am I resisting feeling and why?

If my body could write me a letter,

What would it say?

What would it say?

Take your time here.

Lastly,

What would it feel like to come home to myself fully?

What would it feel like to come home to myself fully?

Take as much time as you need.

Let your pen slow down.

And take a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale slowly out your mouth.

Again,

Big inhale.

Exhale,

Let it go.

Take a deep breath in.

Notice how you feel.

Not what you wrote.

Just how it feels to be in communion with your truth.

These words are for you.

You can revisit them or simply let them be.

They can be part of the clearing,

The cleansing,

The awakening.

Trust what came through.

And trust what's still unfolding.

You are your own guide.

And you're exactly where you're meant to be.

Thank you for practicing with me.

I'll see you soon.

Namaste.
