Sit back and relax into your seat.
Trapping the shoulders.
Releasing the jaw.
Sinking into the seat.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
One more deep breath in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
Watching as every thought waves on by.
Just coming back to your breath.
And the tones and the sounds.
As you reconnect back to yourself.
To your source.
To your light.
With every exhale releasing every thought or belief or emotion that holds you back.
That limits you.
That suppresses you.
And with every inhale reconnecting to your core.
To your own trust.
And to encourage cultivating that embodiment of your own capability.
Imagine a door some distance away from you.
In a blank,
Deep,
Dark space.
That door is a representation of your dreams,
Your goals,
Your ideal state.
And how far you see yourself from that door is the gap between where you want to be and where you are now.
There is no judgment,
Shame,
Or worry,
Or competition or comparison in that distance.
Or in that gap.
Just make that observation.
And just take a note.
How far you are.
To this ideal version.
And take notice of where any sensations might be in your body.
Any feelings or emotions.
The doubts,
The insecurity,
The fears.
The judgments.
And just bring awareness to where that is in your body.
You might want to move the body.
Feel the urge to.
Relieve the tension.
And here you can take a deep breath in through the nose.
Filling up the lungs and chest.
Embracing and holding in as much air as you can.
Holding it at the top.
Feeling all of that tension in the body.
And as you exhale through the mouth,
Elongate the breath.
Breathe out for as long as you can.
And again,
Releasing that tension.
Letting go of what holds you back.
You may need to try this a few more times as you inhale through the nose.
Embracing all that comes with it.
Breathing it all in,
Absorbing it and holding it at the top.
Maybe flexing every muscle in the body.
Holding it a few more seconds until it feels uncomfortable.
And exhale,
Letting it go out of the mouth.
Reimagine the door in front of you.
Taking notice of the distance between you and the door.
As you begin to approach the door,
Bring awareness to what you're feeling.
And continue to make your way towards this ideal version of yourself.
Through the goals and dreams that you have.
Take all the time that you need to journey towards this door.
As you continue to find rhythm in your breath.
Observing the thoughts,
Beliefs that hold you back.
Letting them pass.
Reminding yourself of your courage,
Your bravery,
Your resiliency.
And when you're ready,
You've reached the door.
You can open.
And when you're ready,
You can reach out and open the door.
And step across into this new version of yourself.
Take notice of what you see and feel and hear and smell.
And as you take one last deep breath in.
Now absorbing all that you are able to witness and experience.
And exhale,
Relaxing into this sensation,
This environment.
Knowing that you have access to this state at any time.
You are strong,
You are capable,
You are powerful.
