Yes,

If you can go ahead and close your eyes.

And just just feeling.

The eyes are closed.

There's no visual input at the moment.

So just feel what do you feel?

What do you notice in this moment?

And really feel what do you sense?

What do you feel?

And that can be physically.

That can be energetically.

Maybe even emotionally.

But what's the what's the essence of this moment that you're feeling?

And not interpreting it,

Not using your mind to put a label to it,

But just feeling it.

Being with a pure feeling or the pure sense.

And you can start to notice your body if you haven't already.

Just the sense,

The sensation of the body.

You might feel that in different areas.

You can feel that tingling,

That aliveness of the body.

Where do you feel that?

Where is it noticeable?

And as we bring our awareness to the body.

Gradually,

We'll become aware of more of the body.

Start to tune in and see a bit more.

Okay,

Areas that feel good,

Feel sensation,

Alive,

And perhaps areas that feel maybe a bit tight or a bit heavy.

So we're just present,

Aware.

We're allowing it to come to us.

Not looking for anything,

But just by being aware,

We start to become aware of more.

More of the whole.

And again,

No interpreting or judging,

No commentary,

Just purely aware.

Allowing whatever your inner senses and outer senses are presenting to your awareness.

Allow it to be unfiltered,

Raw,

Not analyzed.

And no problem,

No conflict with what you're feeling.

No problem,

No conflict with whatever you're observing,

Whatever you're aware of.

It's all okay.

All can even be good,

Even if it doesn't feel as nice.

It's good.

It's good that it just is as it is.

Fully allowing any areas that perhaps aren't as pleasant,

Just allow them to just be there.

And this is a powerful,

It just allows them to integrate just naturally.

Allows them to settle.

That can be physically,

That can be emotionally,

It can be psychologically.

Allowing all to just be.

This is where rest is.

This is where peace is.

And this is very powerful when we can be at peace and know this peace at any time,

Regardless of what we're feeling,

What we're aware of.

We can be more deeply at peace with our life situation and can just allow it to flow as it does without creating anxiety for ourself or worry.

So it's all part of the flow.

We can just allow it to flow as it does.

Just allow that flow.

Let it flow as it does and just allow it.

This is letting go.

Letting go any anxiety,

Any control or fear.

The integrity of life flows.

In this there's peace,

Oneness.

This naturally just brings about a deep stillness.

Not bottling up the flow of life in any way within ourself,

Not damning the flow with resistance or trying to change it because we're anxious.

Just allowing it to flow.

You can actually feel any of the anxieties or any of the fears,

Resistance.

Just letting go.

Just flowing in this movement of life.

Just flowing.

No holding on.

Feel the alignment,

The integration happening inside,

In the psyche,

Just when it lets go.

No holding.

Letting be.

Just this flow of energy within,

Natural,

Harmonious flow.

So when you feel ready,

You can open your eyes,

Noticing this present still place is here with the eyes open.

Take a moment to observe that.

You can wiggle your toes or stretch,

Move.
