This meditation takes you back to the earliest memory your body holds — the quiet, rhythmic safety of the womb, where love was not something searched for but something known. Through vivid visualization and tender guidance, you’ll reconnect with the presence, peace, and belonging that existed long before thought or identity. A beautiful practice for grounding, softening the heart, and returning home to yourself.

Hello and welcome.

I am so glad you're here.

This meditation is an invitation to slow down and rest in the presence of love.

Not as an idea,

But as a lived,

Felt experience.

We'll gently explore a sense of safety and unconditional care that predates thought,

Memory and identity.

You don't need to visualize anything perfectly and there's nothing to achieve.

Simply listen,

Feel and allow the experience to unfold in the way that's right for you.

If at any point you find your mind drifting,

You're welcome to gently come back by feeling the support beneath you or returning your attention to your breath.

Let's begin.

Take a moment now to arrive.

Wherever you are,

Allow your body to settle.

There is nothing you need to do,

Nowhere you need to go.

Feel the support beneath you.

Imagine the chair cradling your body,

The floor steady beneath your feet and beneath that the quiet strength of the earth itself,

Holding you without question.

Let your shoulders melt as if warm sunlight is slowly pouring over them,

Softening what they've been carrying.

Allow your jaw to loosen as though a small breeze is passing through,

Opening space where tension used to be.

Feel the delicate muscles around your eyes begin to relax,

Like petals gently unfolding at their own pace.

No rushing,

Just opening.

And let your breath find its natural rhythm,

Like waves easing onto a shore,

Rising and falling in the way your body already knows.

That's it.

Simply notice.

Simply be.

There is no effort required here,

Just a gentle allowing.

Beautiful.

Now become aware of your breathing.

No need to change it,

Just notice it.

Allow yourself to sense the quiet miracle of being alive in this moment.

Notice how the breath arrives by itself and how it leaves by itself.

Notice how it feels to know that life is breathing you.

As you with a breath,

Sense the subtle aliveness moving through your body.

A quiet hum,

A soft inner warmth,

The familiar rhythm of your heartbeat,

The simple fact of being here.

Now,

Gently,

Without any strain,

Allow an image or a felt sense to arise.

Imagine yourself before words,

Before stories,

Before identity,

Before you had to figure anything out.

You are in the womb of your mother.

You don't need to visualize details clearly.

Simply sense the feeling of it,

The floating,

The steady rhythm of life around you.

You are held in a gentle,

Natural embrace,

Completely taken care of.

Nothing is expected of you.

Nothing is demanded.

You don't need to prove your worth because you already belong.

Perhaps you sense the faint sound of your mother's voice,

Muffled,

Gentle,

Vibrating through the water of the womb.

You may not understand the words,

But the body understands the tone.

The body understands love.

The body understands safety.

You are being spoken to by life itself.

Notice the simplicity of this moment.

There is no separation here,

No me and the world.

Only being.

A restful oneness.

Only love as a living presence.

This is not an emotional love.

It is deeper than that.

It is unconditional.

A love that does not come and go.

A love that does not need you to change or do anything.

It is the love you arrived in.

Now gently sense a thin,

Luminous thread,

A living connection.

This before memory and it reaches all the way to now.

Right here,

Right now.

Feel that still connected to your heart,

To your breath,

To every cell of your being.

This thread has never been broken.

It may have been forgotten,

Covered by noise,

Pain or fear,

But it has always been here.

Let yourself rest in this knowing.

You were born into love.

You are sustained by love.

You are made of love.

Nothing you have experienced has taken this away and can possibly take it away.

Even now,

In this very moment,

The presence of love is very much alive here within you.

Quiet,

Steady.

Notice how your body responds as you rest in this awareness.

Perhaps there is a softening,

A gentle exhale,

A sense of coming home.

Let it be exactly as it is.

Enjoy this connection.

As we come toward the end of this meditation,

Allow the image of the womb to dissolve naturally,

But let the felt sense remain.

The presence of love,

The sense of being held by life.

Bring your awareness back to your breath,

To your body,

To the space you're in.

And know this,

You can return to this connection at any time,

Simply by becoming still and listening.

You may listen to your heartbeat as a reminder of this connection.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and carry this presence with you.

Not as a memory,

But as a living truth.

Love is here and so are you.

As this meditation comes to a close,

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

Perhaps there is a bit more softness,

A sense of grounding,

Or simply a quiet presence within you.

Know that the connection you touched here,

The presence of love,

The feeling of being held by life,

Is always available to you.

You can return to it any time,

Simply by becoming still and listening inward.

Thank you for sharing this time with me.

Take this gentleness with you into your day,

And may you move forward feeling supported,

Connected,

And at ease.
