As you prepare to begin your workday,

What has your attention?

Is it work-related?

Personal?

Is it positive and energizing?

Negative or dreadful?

Awareness to your physical body.

How does it feel today?

Movements or stretches that it desires?

Free to take them.

Make space to recognize your thoughts and feelings.

Has anything come into your internal headspace that doesn't belong to you or isn't yours?

If you sprint through the other minutes of this day,

You can do it from a place of mindful action.

Take three rounds of deep breaths to arrive in your world.
