Hello,

My friends.

Welcome back to Your Journey Yoga.

My name is Natalia,

And today I will be guiding you through a meditation to embody peace.

This meditation can be done seated or lying down.

Choose your destination,

Whatever feels the most supportive for you.

Take a moment to settle in,

And we'll begin.

Wherever and however you have arrived to this meditation,

Just take a moment to let your eyelids soften and close.

Take a deep,

Refreshing inhale in through your nose,

And allow your exhale to just fall out of your mouth.

Take two more deep,

Elongated rounds of breath here,

Letting yourself land softly into this practice,

Into whatever space it is that you are in.

As you arrive here,

You may notice some physical or mental resistances that you have to being still,

To being quiet.

This may manifest as a desire to fidget or move,

A sense of restlessness.

It could also manifest as holding tension somewhere in the body.

If these things are present for you,

Just know that that's OK.

You may also find some mental resistances manifesting in the form of thinking of the past,

Or planning for the future,

Or something in between.

Again,

It's OK if you are experiencing this.

Instead of allowing these resistances to feel like closed doors or blockages,

Can you actually allow them to be gateways to the self?

Can they open doors of curiosity to learn more about where you are today?

Little bits of curiosity that open up doors to better understand yourself.

If you find that you are able to soften the body,

Continue to do that.

As you start to scan,

Just noticing where you're holding tension,

Whether that's in big ways or microscopic ways.

And as you soften more in the body,

You might find that the mind softens more as well.

Continue to allow your awareness to unfurl and expand into your experience of your body,

Your experience of the mind,

Of the breath,

And of the space that you are in,

Allowing yourself to receive everything that is present in the now,

Softening and melting into all of it,

Acknowledging yourself as interconnected with all of it,

Not separate.

Just as sound and sensation is happening in the now,

So is your experience of being.

You cannot be anywhere but here right now.

Remind the mind of this,

Letting it soften and settle into the same time and space that the body and the awareness are in,

Feeling the ebb and the flow of the present moment.

And as you continue to soften into the now,

Begin to contemplate what peacefulness means to you.

What is your connection to peacefulness?

What does it feel like,

Sound like,

Look like to you?

Just allow the creativity of your intuition to step in here as you explore what peacefulness means to you.

There's no right or wrong.

Just start to strengthen your connection to the meaning of this word.

Notice what you have associated with peacefulness.

And allow these curiosities and this creative intuition to expand even more to create a vision space of somewhere that you feel ultimate peace.

This might be somewhere that you have been in your physical world.

It can also be a creation of the mind.

Again,

Just trust here.

Whatever comes into your vision space is perfect for you.

Start to craft this little space,

This world of peace.

What do you see?

Are you indoors,

Outdoor,

Somewhere in between?

What can you hear?

What can you smell?

What can you feel?

How would you like to be in this space,

Standing,

Sitting,

Lying down,

Moving about?

Let yourself fully step into this vision space of peace.

Simply allow your awareness and your intuitive mind to soak this up,

Really feeling into it,

Leaning into it.

How does your body feel in this space?

How does your mind feel in this space?

How does the heart feel?

You might continue to hold your vision space here,

Or you can lovingly allow it to dissolve,

As I invite you to begin picturing at a larger scale what your most peaceful life looks like.

What is your most peaceful life like?

Is there anything in your most peaceful life that you would do more of?

Is there anything in your most peaceful life that you would do less of?

Are there people in connection with your most peaceful life,

And who are they?

How close are they to you?

How much time do you spend with them?

And what kinds of things do you do?

Is there anyone in your most peaceful life that you would spend less time with?

Is there anyone or anything that you would give a little less energy to?

Or anything that you would give more energy to?

Thank you.

You can continue to allow this creation of your most peaceful life to unfold intuitively and creatively for you.

Remembering to really feel into it.

To embody this state of being that is peacefulness.

Knowing that there is no right or wrong,

And it is beautiful because it is unique to you.

Lean into peace.

Let it unfurl within you,

As you envision what your most peaceful life looks and feels like.

Continue to trust in whatever it is that is unraveling in your process.

Leaning into the essence of peace within you and around you.

Take your time as you allow the visions you may be having about your most peaceful life to dissolve.

Sending these visions,

These manifestations some gratitude.

Allowing yourself to continue embodying this essence of peace.

Knowing that you are the ultimate alchemist of your experience.

And your most peaceful life is always at your fingertips.

Everything that you just dreamed up is available to you.

Allow yourself to relish in this knowing.

Sending some gratitude to yourself for taking this time to embody this essence.

Allow it to live within you and express outwardly from you.

Throughout the rest of your day,

Your week,

The month,

The rest of your life.

This is a source within you.

It never really runs out.

Thank you for showing up for this practice.

It has been an absolute honor spending time with you energetically.

I look forward to seeing you in the next practice.

Namaste.
