This guided meditation is here to support you in the beginning days of your cycle to reflect on what is being released, what is being renewed, and to provide the body with comfort through mindful awareness and relaxation. Below are journaling prompts for you to utilize beyond this practice if it calls to you ❤️ What themes were present in the past month? What was challenging about this month? What lessons do you feel were presented to you? Is there anything you sense is being asked to be released with this cycle? Is there anything asking to be renewed or created? What felt good about this past month? What seeds would you like to plant for this next cycle?  Background Music: Sunset by Pawan Krishna and Dreams Heal by Elm Lake | Available on Epidemic Sound

Hello and welcome,

My name is Natalia and today I will be guiding you through a moon cycle meditation.

This practice is best done in the days leading up to day one of your cycle or within the first few days of it beginning,

But you can practice any time this feels most aligned for you.

I'll encourage you to find any support or comfort that will allow you to feel as supported as possible in this practice,

Whether that's grabbing an extra pillow or blanket,

Lighting a candle,

Incense,

Or doing this practice in bed.

Let yourself be supported here.

Take some time to find what that means for you and we'll begin.

As you come to rest in whatever position you've landed in,

Give yourself permission to relax your gaze or close your eyes.

Let your hands rest down on top of your womb.

Just start to relax through the muscles of your face,

Allow the neck and the shoulders to be heavy and softened and start to breathe down into your womb,

Connecting with any sensations you feel here.

If there is discomfort or pain that is present for you,

Allow the breath to become a co-creator of this experience.

Let your inhales bring a little bit of space,

Allow your exhales to bring you a sense of ease,

Relaxing the muscles around this area the best that you can and if that feels really hard,

That's okay,

Just keep breathing.

Be really present with your womb and trust in the releasing and alchemization that is happening now.

Offer up a deep reverence to the wisdom of your body,

Even though it may feel uncomfortable or painful.

Trust in what is happening within you.

As you breathe and hold your womb,

Just continue to be in the role of observer,

Of space holder.

Just connecting with whatever is present,

Whatever is arising for you.

You may find that any discomfort radiating from your womb is causing some microtension or pain in other places in the body.

Allow the breath to soothe these areas as well.

Give yourself permission to rest,

To relax and receive.

Let yourself feel good about your choice to be here,

Listening to your body,

Honoring your body and connecting with it.

Begin to take a deep,

Deep inhale all the way into the depths of your pelvis.

And as you exhale,

Relax even more.

And with each inhale from here,

Allow the breath to expand from the womb out to the hips,

The legs,

The feet,

The belly,

Ribcage,

Shoulders,

Arms and crown.

Finding a big,

Full body form of breath,

Allowing the entirety of your body to be moved by your inhales and your exhales.

Letting your inhales create a sense of lightness and just start to observe the energetic life force of your entire body.

Welcoming all that is arising,

The ebb and flow of all sensations.

And you can include any emotion that may arise here as well.

Make space for the wisdom of the body to speak to you intuitively.

As you continue to breathe and deepen your presence with yourself,

I'll invite you to reflect on the past month,

On this past cycle.

What themes were present for you?

What was challenging about this past month?

What lessons do you feel were presented to you?

Trust in whatever comes up and if nothing comes up for you now,

That's also ok.

You can simply plant a seed for this curiosity,

For answers to arise for you later.

What was present for you in this past cycle?

Is there anything you sense is being asked to be released with this beginning of this new cycle?

Is there anything asking to be renewed or created?

What felt really good about this past month?

What seeds would you like to plant for this next cycle?

And again,

It's ok if nothing is coming to you right now,

You can continue to breathe and just be present with yourself.

This can simply be a seed planting practice for you.

Just trust in your process and whatever is arising at this time.

Everything is exactly what it needs to be and you are the alchemist of your experience.

So you decide what it is you make of it.

If we tune in enough,

We see that the power of our moon cycle is filled with opportunities for creativity,

For rebirth,

For release.

It just requires us to tune in to be present and to step into that role of being the alchemist of our experience.

Take this time to connect with your power.

Connect with your ability to create.

Connect with your ability to transmute.

Continue to breathe deep and slow,

Trusting in the wisdom of your body,

Trusting in your ability to hold all of it.

You are welcome to remain as you are for as long as it is serving for you,

But if you are ready to carry on,

You can begin to awaken the body with really soft and easy movements.

You can let the breath expand even more,

Awakening you and filling you with life force energy.

Very,

Very slowly blinking the eyes to open.

Reorienting yourself to where you are in time and space.

I will share the questions that I posed in this meditation in the description below this meditation.

So if you want to journal further about it,

Especially if something didn't come to you in this meditation,

That is a tool that is available to you beyond this practice.

Thank you for choosing you.

Thank you for honoring yourself.

Thank you for showing up.

And I hope that any seeds you plant from this practice come to full fruition in ways better than you could ever imagine.

I'll see you in the next practice.

Namaste.
