Get yourself into a comfortable position,

Sitting,

Lying down.

If you have on a headset,

You could do this as a walking meditation.

There's another option we haven't put in yet.

It's,

I think walking meditations are amazing.

Whether that's around your house or out in the yard,

Or if you can do this hiking up a mountain around your neighborhood.

Please don't close your eyes if you're doing walking meditation.

Unless you really,

Really know the space.

I don't want anybody tripping and falling.

Please do not do this while you're driving.

Okay.

Okay,

Make sure your body is fully supported.

If you're wearing glasses,

Take them off.

Now,

Just let your body sink into what you have supporting you.

Floor,

Chair,

Bed,

Whatever.

Notice if you need anything else to have you feel more able to just let go.

And let go.

Let the weight of your arms fall into,

Sink into whatever is supporting your arms.

Now let your weight of your back sink into whatever is supporting your back.

Let that go a little bit more.

And a little bit more,

Just let that go.

Maybe even press the small of your back into what's supporting you.

And then relax.

Excuse me.

Now let your shoulders sink.

And just feel that tension melt.

Let your hips go,

Your butt,

Your hips,

And your pelvis,

And your belly.

Have the most time.

You're gonna feel that tension.

You're gonna feel that tension.

Let your hips,

And your pelvis,

And your belly,

Let the muscles in your belly relax and then round your diaphragm.

Just let it all get very loose and floppy.

Let that sacrum,

And hips,

And butt,

Upper thighs go.

And let those thighs,

And knees,

And calves sink.

Heavy weights.

It's not a comment on how much you weigh.

It's just how it feels.

It could be itty bitty and tiny,

Or huge,

Or anything in between,

And none of that matters.

Just let the weight go.

Let it sink in into whatever is currently supporting you.

Let it sink in into your feet.

And your ankles and heels.

Let the tension in your feet and toes,

And the bottoms of your feet.

And now let the muscles around your skull go.

Your face,

Your forehead,

I know that's part of your face.

The skin covering your skull.

Just let all that sink back.

And just feel what it feels like to be this kind of open,

Which allows you to be this kind of receptive.

And so with that vulnerability,

Fill yourself with pure white light.

Whether you see it,

Feel it,

Simply hear the words.

Just filled from the tips of your hair to the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes.

Completely filled with pure white light.

As your breathing is slowing down and remains gentle in your body.

Filled with pure white light.

Now surround the whole of your body with pure white light.

Cover yourself entirely with pure white light.

On top of you,

Underneath of you,

In front of you,

Behind you,

All the way around you.

Covering the entirety of you with pure white light,

Top,

Bottom,

Sides,

Front and back.

Just letting yourself reside inside of being pure white light within and without and everything in between.

And just let yourself be.

Feel the same way,

Feel this openness,

Feel this peace.

And know that you actually can feel this all day.

Allowing yourself to be in the awe and the wonder of how remarkable that is.

That when you let go,

How quiet you are,

And how much breathing room you have simply to be.

Bring into your consciousness the number nine and just feel yourself going deeper.

And just let yourself go deeper into your consciousness.

And just feel yourself going deeper,

Nine,

Deeper,

Nine,

Nine,

Deeper,

Nine,

Deeper,

And deeper.

And let yourself just go deeper and deeper,

Sinking into the wholeness and the purity of you.

What would support you being who you wish to be?

What do you need from other people you know?

What do you need from the world?

What do you need for you to be the you you really are and that you desire to be?

Identify whatever that is.

What do you need from yourself?

What else do you need from yourself?

What can you do to provide from yourself what you need?

What do you need from your home that will support you being who you really are?

That which you desire to be?

What do you need from family and friends that will support you being who you really are?

What do you need from the world?

Your community?

Your place of work?

Your city or state or province?

Your country?

The world?

What do you need from anything that's larger like that that will support you being who you really are?

Identify within yourself what you need to do or be or say to have what you need from that larger world,

From your country,

From your state,

Province,

City,

Community,

Place of work.

What do you need to say or do or be to have what you need from that larger world?

What do you need to say or do or be to have your home environment be what you need for you to be who you really are,

That which you desire to be?

What do you need from that larger world?

Identify what you need from yourself.

What do you need to say to yourself,

Do for yourself,

Be for yourself for you to be who you really are,

That which you desire to be?

Breathe that in,

Breathe that out.

I'm going to begin counting up from one to nine.

As I do,

Allow your consciousness to rise from level to level with the numbers.

When I say the number nine,

Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body and in this world.

One,

Two,

Three.

Feel your conscious mind arising.

Four,

Five,

Six.

Begin to feel yourself in your body,

Where and how you are sitting down or lying down,

The air within you and the air around you.

Seven,

Eight,

Nine.

Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body,

In our world.
