
The Symbiosis Of Healing Meditation

This track contains an exercise to help you heal. It explains that the simple yet profound access to healing is to simply breathe. Fully. Completely. And let go. Take this time to pause and follow the instructions in order to invite healing upon yourself.

So right hand down,
Left hand up.
Ankles uncrossed.
You can have feet flat on the floor or out in the open.
I don't think that actually matters.
I think they're both effective.
They actually just affect different things and they're both pretty amazing.
And so I'm not going to vote.
I'll let you and your body figure that out for today and you can experiment on your own with this.
If you wear glasses,
Take them off.
As you're circuiting your bodies,
Right hand down,
Left hand up.
Feet however you want them.
No ankles crossed.
I'll do that.
No arms crossed.
No interlaced fingers,
Of course.
Make sure that your body is really well supported.
That if you are sitting,
That you have something behind your back.
That you hopefully have something to support your head or that you're in a position where you can let your head go down.
So relax.
If it does go down,
That's fine.
Include,
Include,
Include,
Include,
Include.
Dogs bark.
Lawnmowers go by.
Phones ring.
Children giggle as they go by on their bicycles.
Just include it all.
Thoughts will happen.
Allow thoughts to happen.
We have billions,
Plural billions,
Going through electrical impulses happening in our brains every 60 seconds.
Literally every single minute.
You and I have billions of thoughts that happen.
We latch onto one here and there and think that's real.
It's no more real than the other billions that have gone by.
So a thought may come in that you are aware of.
Just include that and let it go.
You might even consider that everything that happens brings you deeper into your meditative state.
Lawnmower goes by.
Allow that to come in and bring you deeper.
The phone rings.
Allow that to bring you in more deeply.
A dog barks.
It's an enhancement to drop you down.
Another level.
Another level.
Omnidirectional breathing.
So for anybody who is new here,
Omnidirectional breathing means bringing breath in as a conscious focus from everywhere.
From up here on top,
Underneath,
Sides,
Front,
Back,
In through all of the nooks and crannies and crevices,
All of the round places.
Everybody's got creases and everybody's got roundnesses.
So just all of it.
In through your belly button.
In through your armpits.
In through between your toes.
So in from everywhere.
And then breathing out means breathing out omnidirectionally,
Which means going out in every single direction.
And you'll find that the breath doesn't necessarily go out the same way that it came in.
It's not necessarily the same pathway.
It could take a bend and go out another way.
It could curve.
It can go out the same way.
It could go out a totally different direction.
And it does all of that.
So allowing for whatever that is to be whatever that is.
Okay,
Here we go.
Omnidirectional breathing in and it's pure white light as a breath.
So breathing pure white light in omnidirectionally and holding your breath.
Allowing that to be comfortably in residence in your physical body.
Allowing that pure white light to oxygenate everything it can in your blood as your blood goes everywhere it does in your body.
Sniffing in just a wee bit more air from everywhere,
Including that white light from everywhere.
Holding that.
And now exhaling omnidirectionally and just letting go whatever's there.
Knowing that the earth,
The sun,
They have this incredible capacity to recycle whatever comes their way.
Okay,
Empty those lungs completely.
And now omnidirectionally breathing in from everywhere sides,
Front,
Back,
Top,
Bottom,
Breathing pure white light in through all of your roundness is all of your crevices all of your indentations.
Every nook and cranny,
Pure white light coming into you through everywhere,
Holding that pure white light breath,
Allowing everything in you physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Spiritually,
Ethereally and in wonder to be filled with that pure white light.
Locate anything at all in you that is not of that light.
Allow that to be gently cradled in pure white light.
Sniff in just a wee bit more pure white light air from everywhere.
Hold that.
Bind and bond all of that.
Exhale,
Let all of that go.
Breathing out on the directionally.
And again,
Breathing in pure white light from everywhere through every direction.
Holding that pure white light breath in you.
Allowing everything in you to be filled with pure white light all of your systems,
Glandular system,
Neurological system,
Skeletal system,
Vascular system,
Anything I'm not mentioning system,
Everything to be filled all of the solids,
Liquids and air in you to be filled with pure white light.
Sniff in just a wee bit more pure white light from everywhere.
Hold that.
And just let all that go every which way,
Just every direction.
And now just breathe.
A gentle breath coming in from all directions and going out to all directions.
Pure white light in,
Pure white light out.
Pure white light in,
Pure white light out.
And as you have a continuum of pure white light coming in and out and pure white light is a constant inside of everything inside your body.
And as your body,
Including the skin that holds your body together.
Now surround the whole of you with pure white light,
Covering every single particle of you.
Top,
Bottom,
Sides,
Front and back.
Who you are is a being of pure white light,
Both within and without,
And everything in between.
And allow yourself to reside as who you are.
A being of pure white light.
And allow yourself to expand your experience of experience.
Your sphere of awareness of the knowing of self,
Allowing that self to expand and expand and expand.
Take a deep breath in and give a deep breath out.
And again,
A deep breath in from everywhere and a deep breath out to everywhere.
And as far as your consciousness can go with how far your breath is coming in from and how far your breath goes out to is you.
Allowing your breath to be your awareness.
You are all of that.
All of that is you.
And let yourself reside as being that big,
That expansive,
That holographic.
All the way around,
Above you,
Around you,
Into the earth beneath you.
And again,
Breathe that in.
Allowing yourself to be filled with the expansiveness that you are.
And breathe out even further than you just did.
Out to the edges of the galaxies,
Perhaps to the far reaches of the universe.
All the way through the entirety of the earth and whatever on the other side,
Again to the edges of the universe.
And recognize that if you can know this at some level of consciousness,
Then you are this at some level of being.
And allow that to be you.
Allowing you to be that.
And one more time,
Breathing all of that into you,
Allowing you to resonate as all that you have been conscious of so far.
And allow yourself to breathe out on the directionally going beyond whatever it is we know to be the edges of the universe.
Beyond that beyond.
Into the vastness of the unknown and beyond that.
Touching the limits of knowing into the lack of limits of the infinite.
And having no idea what that is.
Being in the wonder,
In the breathtaking and the breath giving awe.
And breathe that in.
It is you.
Breathe that out.
It is beyond that which you call you.
And recognize there is no I.
There is no you.
There is no really in here out there.
It is all one.
You are.
You just simply are.
One is.
And from there,
Simultaneously bringing consciousness from everywhere in through you.
Pouring out through your right hand into all that is that you are.
All the love.
Putting love in where love isn't.
Putting love in where love is missing.
Simply giving from all of who you are to all that is which is the same.
And receiving through your left hand.
From all that is into you.
All the love there is.
Inside of yourself.
Or what you call I.
Love.
Putting love in where love is.
Putting love in where love is missing.
Recognizing within any aspect of your consciousness that has resisted or struggled with any aspect of you or another person or a circumstance.
Anything physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Spiritually,
Conceptually.
Any aspect of you.
Universally,
Materially.
Any of it.
Put love in where love is.
Put love in where love is missing.
Breathing that in.
Breathing that out.
Breathing that in.
Allow yourself to feel vibrations as they are.
The consciousness of giving and receiving.
Receiving and giving.
The symbiosis of the workings together as one.
As that which you are.
Allow your consciousness to touch on healing,
Whatever that is.
As you take a deep breath in,
Consciously focus healing coming out through your right hand into all that is.
Healing where healing already is.
Healing where healing is missing.
And simultaneously bringing in through your left hand from beyond the reaches of the universe,
Through the universe,
Through planet Earth.
In through you.
Healing where healing is.
Healing where healing is missing.
Allowing yourself to feel what that feels like.
In the giving and the receiving.
In the universal and the individual.
And breathe that in.
And breathe that out.
Recognizing how they go together.
Allowing yourself to be in the wonder.
Consciously focusing,
Consciously receiving and giving.
Giving and receiving.
Find yourself deepening into that as that deepens in you.
Continue to let go.
And go deeper.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Receiving in.
Giving out.
Enhancing and enjoying a symbiotic relationship.
Allow yourself to fall into the relationship itself.
As you give love and healing.
Where love is.
Where healing is.
As you receive love and healing.
In you where love is and healing is.
As you give love and healing.
Where love is missing and healing is missing.
And you receive love and healing.
Where love is missing in you and healing is missing.
And breathe that in.
And breathe that out.
And let yourself sink into that.
Letting go more.
Receiving more.
It is the nature of the nature of you.
And of everything.
The expansion.
The contraction of breathing.
The giving.
The receiving.
Breathing love in.
Breathing love out.
Breathing healing in.
Breathing healing out.
Pure white light in.
Pure white light out.
Breathing.
Breathing.
Breathing.
Breathe.
Simply be.
Being.
Be.
Being.
Be.
Be.
Take a deep breath in.
Let a deep breath out.
Physically focus on the bottom of your lungs.
They go below your bottom ribs.
The two floating ribs at the bottom of your rib cage.
Your lungs go below that.
Breathe to the bottom of your lungs.
And fill up from the bottom up.
And let that go.
Now focus on the bottom of your lungs and breathe from the bottom of your lungs,
Scooping to the back of your lungs and the sides of your lungs and the front of your lungs.
And breathe that out.
This time when you breathe out,
Imagine breathing out from the bottom up as well.
So breathe from the bottom and the back and the sides and the front in.
And breathe from the bottom and the back and the sides and the front out.
Bring yourself to a place where you can gently open your eyes.
Allowing yourself to be present in your body.
Aware of who you are,
As you are,
In this present moment of being,
Being.
