So welcome everyone.

So today I invite you into this powerful space of release and remembrance.

Releasing what no longer serves you and remembering who you really are.

Now this meditation is for the part of you that's ready.

Ready to let go of what no longer serves you.

Ready to stop carrying the stories that don't belong to you.

And ready to burn through the illusion and step fully into the fire of self-discovery.

Now throughout history fire is sacred.

It's a fire.

It's a teacher.

It's also a truth teller.

So in this meditation,

In this recording,

In this space,

In this ritual today,

Don't fight or force anything.

This is just an invitation for you to step into the flame knowing that the fire only burns what you're not.

And in doing so it may take you closer to what you've always been.

So let's begin.

So we'll start just by creating a sacred space.

Your own sacred space.

Now this starts with me finding a comfortable position where I can be relaxed.

A comfortable position where I can allow my body to settle,

To soften and to relax.

Now if my body allows,

Slowly,

Gently,

I can just close my eyes if it feels right for me.

And I'm just going to bring my attention to my breathing,

To my breath.

Now noticing,

Watching,

Observing the breath.

Just let my words now guide you in the background.

And whatever comes up for you,

Whatever shows up,

Whatever unfolds,

Just allow,

Allow,

Allow.

And now I'm inhaling through my nose and exhaling through my mouth.

As you continue this,

With every breath,

You're arriving,

Coming back fully into this moment,

Into yourself,

Into your readiness.

Breathing and coming back to your body.

Exhaling anything that you don't need in this moment.

With each breath now,

Calling all parts of you back to yourself.

If I was thinking about something,

If I have a stress,

An issue,

A challenge,

A thought,

Just for the next few minutes,

I can just be with my breath,

Be with my body.

And I can just disengage from it.

Now breathing again,

Calling all parts of me back now,

Leaving nothing behind,

And nothing behind,

And nothing behind.

Now from this slightly relaxed,

Calm,

And peaceful state,

Where I feel a bit more connected to my body,

I'm now going to invite you to start breathing into your heart,

Or the center of your chest.

And if your body allows,

You can maybe put your right palm on your heart center.

Now as I continue to breathe into my heart,

I'm now going even deeper into my body,

Into my subconscious.

I'm stepping away from my thoughts.

I'm stepping away from anything that I don't need in this moment.

And I'm dropping deeper and deeper and deeper into my own body.

Now we are going to do a small visualization exercise.

And if you're not a visual person,

You can just trust whatever shows up for you.

This is just intention.

So wherever my words take you,

Just allow that to unfold for you.

And just know that anything that you sense,

Feel,

Experience,

Or see today is in alignment with your highest good.

This is exactly what I need to see,

Feel,

Or experience today.

And I will not doubt my experience.

Now as I've dropped into my heart,

And as life knows what you're about to do today,

I'm gonna invite you now to visualize fire in front of you.

And I say the words fire.

I may just see a great bonfire.

I may just see a tea light.

I may just see a flame.

I may just see a color.

I may see nothing at all.

Fire in front of me now.

And we'll stay with this for a few seconds.

Fire in front of me now.

And whatever appears in front of you,

Trust it.

This is your fire.

This is the fire of truth.

I'm gonna let myself see,

Sense,

Feel,

And experience fire in front of me.

Now as I allow myself to go a little bit closer towards this flame,

This fire,

I may start to feel its warmth.

Threatening,

Not threatening.

Telling yourself now,

I am completely safe here.

I am completely safe to be with the fire right now.

This fire,

This warmth is not threatening,

But awakening.

And just give yourself now a few seconds just to watch,

Observe,

Sense,

And see this fire in front of you.

Nothing to question,

Nothing to solve,

Nothing to fix.

I've now invoked the fire of truth in front of me.

I'm feeling its warmth and I'm watching.

I'm watching.

Now this is not a fire of destruction,

But rather a fire of clarity.

It burns away what you're not and it has the potential to reveal what is real.

You are completely safe here and this fire does not judge,

It purifies.

Now let's take a few moments and breathe in its energy.

If something is coming up for you in your vision,

That's perfect.

Otherwise,

Just know whatever you're feeling right now,

Whatever shifts are happening right now,

That's exactly what my soul needs.

So I'm just going to breathe the energy of this fire now just for a few moments.

And as I do that,

I'm going to pay attention to what awakens now inside of me.

As I breathe the energy of this fire,

Let it awaken something now ancient inside of you.

Now,

If you still have your palm on your heart center,

You can now move it just above your belly button.

Or you can now place your hands on top of your belly button.

Now,

As I stand in front of this fire,

And as I'm now breathing the energy of this flame,

Just gently ask yourself this,

What am I carrying that no longer serves me?

What am I carrying that no longer serves me?

What am I carrying that no longer serves me?

And just sit with this inquiry with my hand on my stomach,

On my power center,

On my solar plexus.

I've now in the presence of the flame asked my soul,

What am I carrying that no longer serves me?

Now,

Information can come to you as a thought,

A feeling,

A memory,

A physical sensation,

Warmth,

Cold,

Tingling,

Or in another way.

Maybe it's a belief about who you are.

Maybe it's a pattern that keeps repeating.

Maybe it's a role or a relationship that you've outgrown,

A fear,

A memory,

A shame,

A mass,

An identity.

Just let my words drop into your awareness and see what shows up.

Do not judge,

Do not censor.

Simply witness what appears.

What am I carrying today that no longer serves me?

Please show me.

Show me,

Show me now.

And we just breathe and observe.

Now,

Whatever has shown up for you today,

You may be feeling it in your body.

You may just have a thought,

You may just have a knowing.

Now,

I'm going to start to feel the weight of what has been shown to me now.

We are asking the flame now to give you a bit more information,

Feeling its weight,

Feeling its history.

Acknowledge what it gave you.

Honor all that this has done for you.

As you're doing this now,

Let's take a step closer towards the fire now.

Now,

As I step closer to the fire,

I may start to feel this thing a little bit more.

An emotion,

A feeling,

A thought,

A belief,

A person,

Or anything else that no longer serves me is now very,

Very,

Very,

Very clear to me.

I may also start to see other people that may be attached to this,

In this life or another,

In my vision,

In my mind,

In my hands,

In my body,

Whichever way information is coming to me.

Feeling this now,

Feeling this now,

I allow myself to feel this fully and completely.

I allow myself to feel this fully,

Deeply,

And completely.

Now,

With my hands still on my stomach,

On my belly button,

I can now face my right palm up towards the sky,

And I can put it on the side.

If my body allows,

I'll do the same with my left palm.

So,

Both my hands relaxing by my side,

Palms extended up.

Now,

As I stand in front of the flame and of the fire,

I feel this thing as an energy in my hands.

So,

Wherever this is in my body,

Maybe it's in my stomach,

Maybe it's in my heart,

Maybe it's in my back,

And whatever this is,

I'm going to let all this now channel down into my hands,

Into my palms.

And at this stage,

I may start to feel some movement in my body.

I will definitely feel some movement in my hands and my palms.

Letting the energy of this belief,

Person,

Place,

Thing,

Energy build up in my hands as I stand in front of the flame.

Now,

As you hold this thing in your hands and you're standing in front of the flame,

We'll say this now together.

You can either repeat this,

Recede my words,

Say this silently or out loud.

I honor your purpose in my soul's journey.

Thank you for keeping me safe.

I honor your purpose in my soul's journey.

I honor your purpose in my soul's journey.

Thank you for keeping me safe.

And now,

Whenever you're ready,

Offer this to the flame.

With your palms,

With your hands,

Just offer this thing,

This energy to the flame.

And at this stage,

I may start to feel even more movements in my body.

Watch this being received,

Watching this burn in purification.

Now,

This thing that I'm releasing today,

It's received now by the fire,

Which is so sacred.

And it only and only and only burns what I'm not.

Now,

As the smoke rises,

I'll feel the shift in my body.

As the smoke rises,

I'll feel the shift in my body.

It may start with a sensation,

With a feeling,

With a heaviness.

And then I start to feel the release,

The lightness.

The release,

The lightness.

As the smoke rises,

As the fire receives this energy,

I start to feel lighter and more peaceful.

Lighter and more peaceful.

Lighter and more peaceful.

Lighter and more peaceful now.

Now,

When I'm ready,

And I feel guided,

I'm going to imagine myself being invited now to step fully into this fire.

This is not a fire that will harm me.

This fire transforms.

It strips away what I'm not.

Now,

Whenever I feel ready,

I can step fully into this flame,

Letting it melt away anything else that I'm willing to let go of today.

Letting it dissolve any fear in my body,

Burning through all the layers of what doesn't belong to me.

Just staying here in the flame now for a few seconds.

Anything else that I'm ready to let go of today safely,

That is now moving through me,

Through me.

And I let the fire take it all.

I am not that wound.

I am not that role.

I am not that story.

I am just what remains,

And all this falls away.

Standing in the center of this flame,

Just deeply,

Deeply,

Deeply remembering now who I really am.

I am a soul with a purpose.

I am a being that cannot be destroyed.

I am seen.

I am safe.

I am seen.

I am safe.

Today,

I realize who I really am.

Going deeper and deeper and deeper now into the flame.

Now,

Just before we step out of the flame,

You can either pause this recording now,

And you may have other things that you want to give to the flame.

You may want to spend a bit more time standing in the flame.

And if you're ready now,

From this place of clarity,

We will repeat this to ourselves.

I release what no longer serves me.

I trust the fire to transform me.

I can step into my truth with courage and clarity.

And now let these words anchor you,

And let them go where they need to go today.

Now,

Slowly,

Gently,

Begin to step out of the fire.

You're on the other side now.

Notice how different you feel.

I may feel lighter.

I may still be processing this experience.

I may still be burning.

Wherever it is that you are,

Notice how different you feel.

Now,

Breathing deeply,

And slowly,

Gently,

We now start to come back to the moment,

To the now,

To the room,

To the plinth,

To the sofa,

To the mat,

To the bed,

To the chair.

Now,

After this breath,

We'll fully now come back into the physical body.

I take my attention now to my feet.

And as I drop my attention to my feet,

I'm now coming back to my body,

Coming back to my body,

Coming back to my body.

Slowly,

Gently,

I can wiggle my fingers and wiggle my toes.

And whenever you feel ready,

You can very,

Very gently now open your eyes.

Now,

You've done something sacred today.

You got a glimpse of who you truly are.

You've let go of whatever was not serving you.

Now,

Remember this.

The fire lives within me,

And I'm no longer afraid of my own light.

The fire lives within me,

And I'm no longer afraid of my own light.

And as I step into my own light,

I unconsciously give other people permission to do so.

Now,

You can step into this fire whenever you feel called to go ahead again,

Remembering this flame within you.
