Welcome back,

Dear one,

To the space of peace and of becoming.

Take a moment to arrive fully here,

Settling into whatever position allows you to feel most supported,

Most comfortable,

And most open to receiving.

Take a moment to simply honor yourself for choosing to create this time for you,

For slowing down,

For dedicating yourself to receiving integration,

Synthesis,

And becoming.

Let's begin with giving gentle attention to your breath,

Not changing anything,

Simply tuning in to this faithful rhythm that has carried you through so much in your life,

So much growth,

So much experience,

So much discovery,

So much transformation.

Let this truth settle within you.

Your breath has been a constant source of provision through each and all of the transitions and transformations of your life.

This breath that you are gently receiving and releasing,

Simply tune in.

Feel the natural flow of breathing in and breathing out,

Allowing each breath to bring you deeper into this moment.

Breathing in presence and breathing out any sense of urgency or rushing just here,

Just now,

Just this moment.

Let's begin to tune into your body with appreciation.

Starting with your feet,

Feeling the very soles of your feet,

Just becoming aware,

Recognizing how they serve you each day,

Connecting you to the earth.

Allow yourself to become aware of any sensation you might have of feeling more grounded than when you began this journey through these meditations.

Gently moving your awareness up through your legs,

Strong,

Capable of moving you forward in your life,

Belly,

Softer,

More trusting.

Tuning in to any more spaciousness you may be feeling as you continue setting aside time for you,

How much more connected to your own truth.

You are back,

Carrying yourself with greater and greater ease.

More and more open to embracing all that you desire.

Your hands,

More and more ready to create all that you want.

And your face,

More peaceful,

More relaxed,

And more authentically you.

Breathing this in and letting go.

Resting here.

I invite you to place both of your hands wherever feels most nurturing to you.

These changes that are both subtle and revolutionary.

Body,

This body that has carried you,

This body that will carry you all of the days of your ever expanding life.

You are gathering wisdom,

Insights,

New ways of being.

You are developing new ways of seeing yourself,

Of seeing your life.

Some of this wisdom came gently through moments of clarity and joy.

And holding this breath.

And some came through challenge.

Facing what was difficult and with courage.

Choosing growth.

Breathing out.

Allow yourself to acknowledge how far you've traveled.

But in experience,

In consciousness,

In self-awareness,

In self-compassion.

Expanding each of these beautiful things with your next in-breath.

Let go of anything that no longer serves.

You are not the same person who began this journey.

You are more in this space.

Allow this question to settle within you.

What is the most important thing I am learning about myself right now?

Do not search for any answers.

Simply sense into any insights that may be offered and allow them to softly land within you.

Letting this recognition become a part of you.

A part of your cellular memory.

An important and beautiful part of who you are.

A wisdom that can never be taken from you.

And with your next in-breath,

Receive this question.

How do I want this wisdom to guide me as I move forward in my life?

Knowing that this integration is happening not just in your mind,

But in your body.

Begin to imagine each of the insights that you are receiving.

All of the growth that you are choosing.

The healing you are offering to yourself.

See each one of these things as a golden thread within you.

Warm.

See them expanding.

See each golden thread of all that is happening for you and through you.

This tapestry of truth and wisdom and beauty and acceptance of all that you are.

Becoming a source of strength.

Of deep knowing.

Of abiding presence and peace.

This wisdom.

This peace.

This strength is yours.

It belongs to you.

It is you.

And because it is you,

It will always be with you.

Wherever you go.

Always available.

Our living masterpiece.

You will always be growing.

You will always be becoming.

You will always be deepening into the truth and the beauty of who and what you are.

And breathing out.

As we begin to gently close this practice of integration,

I invite you to tune in to the solidity of the foundation you've built within you.

The wisdom you've gathered.

The person you're becoming.

And with your next in-breath,

To honor yourself.

Honor the beauty of all that you are choosing.

Recognizing that you are ready for what comes next.

And that you have everything.

Breathing,

You might invite curiosity.

About how this wisdom wants to express itself to you in your everyday choices.

And about what moments of pause might help you remember what is most true about yourself.

Gently move.

Stretching if that feels good.

Feeling yourself returning with all this wisdom intact.

I encourage you to carry this integration with you.

Trusting the wisdom you've cultivated.

Honoring the growth you are experiencing.

And excited for what's still to come.

Thank you for sharing this practice with me.
