We begin with a micro-education in Track 1 and move to somatic meditation Track 2 where we explore the body (soma) and the true meaning of letting go in somatic trauma recovery. Together, we will gently explore this space and prepare our bodies to rebuild trust in ourselves and our capacity to heal from heartbreak, betrayal, grief, attachment wounds, and childhood trauma memories. Letting go is about releasing into a field of trust, allowing your body to rebuild that trust despite the lingering memories of trauma. Your body can keep a different score—a score of healing and triumph. We will delve into a longer somatic meditation focused on expanding your capacity to release and let go. This process will support you in transitioning from holding onto pain to embracing a state of healing and renewal. Share this track with anyone who might need it, and take comfort in knowing that there is a community of support around you.

Welcome back.

This is the second track of Sacred Sight,

Where healing begins.

If you're first time here,

Please listen track number one.

You can repeat and listen as many times as you need.

So take your time as we move into guided somatic meditation.

Take your time.

You can lay down on the floor,

The bed.

See your space around,

Your walls,

Your windows.

Place where you are,

Sounds around you.

Settle in and take your time,

Just take your time.

We have plenty of time.

That's it.

So closing your eyes or keeping your eyes open,

Today,

We will enlighten your imagination.

Imagine your body floating,

Your body just floating,

And feel that,

Your body floating and being held by pristine,

Calm,

Clear,

Warm lake or an ocean.

And for the moment,

Invite the image of you,

Your body being held,

Being held and supported by the lake.

And let your body,

Let your body feel that space,

Feel that space,

Pristine,

Calm,

Clear water,

Yeah,

Your whole back body,

Feel that space of surrender into the field,

Into the relational space between your back body,

Your head,

Your back,

Your legs,

And the water.

In that space,

In that space in between,

In between,

Is a space where healing starts,

Where magic happens.

Right here,

Right now.

Space where divine happens.

In that space,

In that relational space,

Is a place where trust lives,

Between your body and the lake.

Feel that,

Let that happen.

In this moment,

In this moment,

Right here,

Right now,

Is where healing starts to happen for you.

In relational space of leaning into field while letting go,

While letting go.

Being held while letting go all what you don't need,

Letting go in the safety of holding and relational field of trust.

You can trust and release.

In that space is safe to release a heartbreak,

Betrayal,

Burnout,

Attachment wounds,

Grief,

Addiction,

Diagnosis.

You can lean into that space and release.

Let your body feel that,

Letting go,

Letting go.

Being held,

Being held,

Being held by the grounding,

Calm,

Safe,

Substance,

Water.

In that space between water and your body,

In that space,

You begin to heal.

That is a sacred site where healing begins,

Where you get to be connected with divine,

With your angels,

With your guardians.

And you can call them in for additional support and release 1% more,

1% more.

In that sacred site is where we start to live again.

In that sacred site is where we gain our energy back.

In that sacred site,

We replenish ourselves,

Our immune system.

In that sacred site,

We tend to our wounded heart.

In that sacred site,

Our strength is born.

In this sacred site,

Your music is danced.

Your book is written.

Your words are spoken.

Your dreams are lived.

And your body is healed right here.

Just let that happen.

Dropping into the space where you can release all your holding and surrender into relational of trust and safety between your whole body and the water.

Here you go.

In this space,

You build your confidence.

Your knowing,

Your wisdom.

And in this space,

You heal inside your own sacred body.

The most loyal companion we have.

And slowly,

In your own time,

In your own time,

You can move your legs,

Your fingers.

You can open your eyes,

See the space above you,

Gently moving your neck on one side,

Seeing the walls,

The window,

Welcoming yourself back.

And as we close today's practice,

You're not leaving this practice.

You're taking this practice,

That space,

As your second skin,

As your second skin.

You walk with that space inside of you.

You talk with that space inside of you.

You sleep with that space inside of you.

That's it.

That's it.

It's in you.
