Good day and thank you for joining with this daily sit meditation.

It's an honor for me to sit with you on your journey.

Join me in a comfortable seated position with your spine upright but not uptight and begin to follow your breath landing wherever your breath is most easily accessible for you today.

You may notice the breath coming in through the nostrils You may notice it landing in your chest or in your abdomen You may feel the breath expanding the ribcage Wherever you feel the breath,

Notice the quality of the breath Notice the depths and the length of the inhalation and the exhalation Notice the temperature of the inhalation and exhalation As you exhale,

Imagine exhaling energy Dense negative energy that your cells needs to detox out.

Imagine it all flowing out and down into the ground beneath your feet,

Beneath your seat As you exhale,

You could visualize dense energy leaving your body You could will your muscles and your tissues and your bones to all just let go With every exhale,

Allow them to let go With every inhale,

Invite in space Invite in a new flow of positive,

Loving energy When you have other thoughts come into your realm,

Label that as thinking and return yourself to whatever anchor point you find useful for the remainder of this meditation You may continue this practice on your own or you can start to bring movement back into your body stretching and moving whatever way feels intuitively best for you Thank you for joining me in this daily sit I wish you well on your sitting journey and I hope to sit with you many more days The love and light in me honors and recognizes the love and the light in you Namaste
