Clear the Mind is a gentle, restorative practice designed to ease mental clutter and create inner spaciousness. With a soothing sound shower in the background & with mindful breathwork, tapping, heart-coherent breathing, and soothing visualisations, you are guided to release racing thoughts, soften mental tension, and invite clarity. A cleansing stream of light refreshes the mind, while compassion practices open the heart and expand peace outward to others. By the close, you return to stillness with a calm, spacious mind — clear, light, and free.

Welcome to clear the mind,

Wherever you are right now give yourself permission to pause,

Let yourself arrive into this moment,

Take a slow breath in and release clearing your mind,

Let the outside world fade away for a while and allow yourself to arrive fully into this cleansing space.

In this meditation you don't need to do anything perfectly,

Simply follow along,

Breathe gently and allow your body and mind to respond,

Taking a breath in through your nose and exhaling softly through your mouth,

Again inhale deeply and exhale releasing mental noise,

One more time inhale clarity,

Exhaling clutter,

Affirm in your mind I am here,

I am safe,

I am ready to clear my mind.

Now place your fingers at the centre of your chest and begin tapping gently,

As you tap breathe slowly and repeat with me,

Even though my mind has been cluttered,

I choose to clear it now,

Even though thoughts may race,

I invite them to slow,

Even though I have carried mental tension,

I now release it with love.

Now move your gentle tapping to the sides of your eyes,

As you tap here affirm I release mental clutter,

I release overthinking,

I release mental stress,

Now bring your tapping just below your eyes,

Affirm my mind is clearing,

My thoughts are softening,

My brain is relaxing,

Returning your tapping now to your heart space,

Affirm I am clear,

I am calm,

I am free,

Now rest your hands gently over your heart,

Imagine your breath moving in and out through the centre of your chest,

Inhale slowly for a count of 4,

Exhale gently for a count of 6,

Now continue just breathing slow breaths,

As you breathe affirm in your mind,

I breathe in clarity,

I breathe out confusion,

I breathe in calm,

I breathe out distraction,

I breathe in light,

I breathe out clutter,

As you continue with your gentle breathing,

Soften your jaw,

Let your tongue rest,

Drop your shoulders,

Relax your belly,

Every exhale tells your body and mind it's safe to let go,

Affirm gently my mind is softening,

My breath is slowing,

My brain is resting,

I am safe to relax,

I am clearing my thoughts,

Now imagine a stream of pure clear water above your head,

With each breath this cool sparkling water flows into your brain,

Like a river washing away overthinking and noise,

The water washes through the crown of your head,

Down into your mind,

Refreshing every thought,

Cleansing every corner,

As it flows through the folds of your brain dissolve tension,

Clearing away mental fog,

The water gently carrying away what you no longer need,

Clearing and washing away worries,

Clutter,

Mental loops of thought,

All flowing out of you,

Leaving only space for light and ease,

Now imagine this stream of water turning into radiant silver blue light,

It fills your head,

Your nervous system,

Your entire mind with clarity,

Every neuron sparkles fresh and alive,

Affirm with each breath this light cleanses my mind,

This flow clears my thoughts,

This stream refreshes my brain,

I am clear,

I am light,

I am free,

Now bring your mind to someone you care about,

See them free of stress,

Clear and at peace,

Silently offer this blessing,

May you be calm,

May you be clear,

May you be free,

Now expand this compassion outwards to your loved ones,

Your community,

To all beings everywhere,

May all beings feel clear,

May all beings be peaceful,

May all beings be free,

Feel your heart expand as your mind rests in lightness,

Now bring your awareness gently back into your body,

Hands resting once more on your heart,

Take a deep breath in and sigh it out,

Affirm my mind is now clear,

My thoughts are light,

I am calm and free,

Carry this clarity within you now,

You are safe,

You are clear,

You are at peace,
