It's time to relax and re-energize.
Make yourself comfortable.
Just let your body settle into your chosen position.
Let your mind relax.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Feel your body becoming more relaxed.
Now gently rub your hands together.
Feel the warmth building between your palms.
That warmth is energy.
Your own healing,
Vibrant energy.
Now place your hands at the back of your neck and give your muscles a gentle rub.
Feel the tension beginning to melt away.
Let it soften.
Gently move your head from side to side.
Slowly,
Easy.
You are relaxing deeper with every small movement.
Now bring your thumbs to the base of your skull.
Start making small circles.
Feeling the muscles loosen beneath your touch.
Relaxing deeper and deeper.
Your body knows how to release.
Your mind knows how to soften.
With each small circle,
You are sinking deeper into relaxation.
Recharging from within.
Now move your hands onto your scalp.
Start making small gentle circles with your fingers and thumbs.
Soft,
Soothing.
Each circle calms your mind.
Each touch invites relaxation to flow through your whole body.
Now begin to tap your fingers on your scalp.
Soft,
Light taps.
Like gentle raindrops.
From the front to the back.
From side to side.
This soft tapping awakens your energy.
Recharging you while relaxing you.
Take two fingers from each hand and place them gently on your temples.
Feel the small natural hollow there.
Slowly make small circles.
Feel your temples soften.
Feel your mind settle.
Relax deeper with each gentle circle.
Simply let go of any remaining tension.
Now smooth your hands over your forehead.
Your touch softening the muscles there.
Let your thoughts quiet.
Feel the relaxation spreading.
Softly trace around your eyes.
The bridge of your nose.
Your jaw.
Release any tightness.
Feel your jaw soften and relax.
Your whole face unwinding.
Now place your hands gently over your face.
Cupping your hands softly.
Take a slow deep breath in.
Feel the warmth of your own energy surrounding you.
Hold it for a moment and gently release.
Letting go deeper and deeper.
Now relax your hands and rest them on your lap.
Wiggle your toes.
Wiggle your fingers.
Loosen your jaw.
Feel your whole body awakened,
Relaxed and refreshed.
Take a gentle stretch.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you breathe out,
Feel yourself fully returning to the present moment.
Alike,
Energized,
Calm,
Rested and renewed for the day.
