Welcome,

Dear soul,

This is the second meditation from my Overwhelm to Coherence series,

Guiding your subconscious mind the deeper layers of awareness where old emotional patterns,

Protective beliefs,

And habitual responses are stored through breath,

Grounding,

And gentle inner inquiry.

Today,

You'll begin to loosen the programs that limit your confidence,

Peace,

And possibilities.

This is the calm practice for releasing what no longer serves,

Restoring inner choice,

And returning to clarity,

Coherence,

And self-trust.

Today,

As we explore the subconscious mind,

Much of what we think,

Feel,

And do each day is shaped by patterns that were learned long ago,

Beliefs formed in childhood,

Emotional responses built through experiences,

Protective habits that once helped us cope.

The subconscious mind is not wrong,

It is simply automatic.

Coherence begins when we bring these patterns into awareness,

So they can soften,

So they can update,

And release the old programming.

This meditation is a gentle clearing,

A return to choice,

So let's begin.

Notice if you could be a little more comfortable in your space for this meditation.

Allow your eyes to close in this space of safety,

And let your body be supported.

Take a deep breath in,

And a longer breath out.

Again,

Breathing in,

Expanding your heart space.

Breathing out slowly.

Breathing in deeply,

Letting your body expand,

And releasing slowly.

Feel the body here,

Feel the steadiness of this moment.

Nothing to fix,

Only to be with your breath.

Let your shoulders drop,

Let the face soften,

And remind yourself quietly,

In this moment I am safe.

Now gently bring your awareness to the mind.

Notice that thoughts often arise on their own.

Plans,

Worries,

Old stories.

This is the subconscious at work.

It is not an enemy,

But it is a habit maker.

It is a pattern repeater,

And today you are not here to judge the mind,

Only to witness it with compassion.

Imagine you are sitting beside a floating stream,

And that each thought is like a leaf floating past in the stream.

You do not chase the leaf,

You do not try to hold on to it,

You are just noticing the leaf.

Now bring softly to your mind,

A pattern you may be ready to release today.

Perhaps overwhelm,

Self doubt,

People pleasing,

Fear of not being enough.

Choose something that is not too intense.

This is the first time you are doing this practice,

So be easy on yourself.

Just something gentle and real.

And notice,

Where does this pattern live in the body?

Is it in the chest?

The throat?

The belly?

The shoulders?

Just feel,

No need for any story,

Only feeling for sensation.

And when you find a space of sensation,

Breathe into that place,

As if your breath is making space.

Now imagine as you breathe into this space,

This old pattern is not who you are,

It is something that you learned,

A program,

A protective strategy.

And now you can thank it for helping you when you needed it.

But now you silently say,

Thank you for trying to help me now.

Now,

I am ready for something new.

As you exhale,

Imagine the body releasing,

Like unclenching a fist,

Like loosening a tight knot.

Breath by breath,

The subconscious begins to soften.

Because repetition creates patterns,

And presence creates freedom.

And now gently offer a new imprint.

Repeat gently in your mind,

I am safe to be here.

I am allowed to change.

I am not the past.

I am becoming.

Let those words sink beneath the surface.

Not forced,

Just planted.

Now feel the difference between automatic reaction and a conscious response.

You are building coherence by returning to awareness,

By choosing again,

By breathing again.

Rest in this quiet inner space.

A space where you are not programmed,

You are simply present.

Now take another deep breath in,

And exhale slowly.

Feel yourself here,

Clearer,

Softer,

More open.

And remind yourself,

Old patterns can be released.

New possibilities can form.

I can return to coherence.

Remember,

Today wasn't a quick fix.

Patterns take time to soften.

The nervous system learns however,

Through repetition.

And noticing is already change.

Each time you return,

Each time you breathe,

Each time you practice,

You are teaching your system,

I am safe now.

And remember,

You can come back here to do this meditation,

And others in the series.

Letting coherence become familiar.

Letting calm become your inner home.

You can do this.

Blessings on your journey.

Namaste.
