This meditation connects you to the Earth Element by guiding you to focus on the body's sensations. If you're feeling unwell, experiencing physical pain, or overwhelmed by thoughts, this practice will help ground you through mindful observation and connection to your physical being. You'll begin with one round of Box Breathing to center yourself, followed by a meditation focused on softening, observing, and healing the body. Note: If you are experiencing persistent pain or illness, please consult a healthcare professional. Music is DNA Repair 528 Hz By Yotam Agam On Artlist.

Welcome to today's meditation to connect with the healing frequency,

528 hertz,

And connecting to the body,

Connecting to your centre,

Recalibrating.

So once you've found your comfortable seat or your lying down position,

You're going to gently close your eyes as if you're drawing curtains onto your eyes and feeling the sensation of the eyelids against the eyeball and focusing on the sensation,

Allowing your body to relax on the seat or the mattress that you're on,

Allowing your hands to be gently placed on your lap,

Arms open,

Facing up or down,

Allowing the whole body to soften and grip with you,

Taking an inhale through the nose,

Exhaling out through the mouth,

Inhaling through the nose to the count of three,

Two,

One,

Hold for three,

Two,

Exhale for three,

Hold for three,

Inhale for four,

And return to normal breath,

Allowing your breath to regulate,

To return to its normal rhythm,

Just observing how your body's feeling in this present moment,

Without judgment,

Without trying to fix it,

And if your mind gets distracted that's okay,

Just returning to the sensations within the body,

Maybe you can start with the crown of your head,

On your forehead,

Observing if you're feeling any tension in the top part of the head,

Or on the outside and inside,

And finding a way to bring a little bit of softness to the part of the body,

Moving your awareness,

Your cheeks,

Your mouth,

Your ears,

In the back of the head,

Just visualizing that part of the body,

Observing what sensations you can pinpoint,

Is there anything calling your attention?

Know that there's no need to fix it,

And you can bring awareness to it,

Bring softening,

Just with mind,

Without bringing any movement,

And bringing your awareness into your jaw,

Your teeth,

Your gums,

Your tongue,

Your lips,

Your chin,

And the base of your skull,

The top of your neck,

The area when your skull meets the top of the spine,

And again just observing,

Is there anything that can soften a little bit more?

And bringing your awareness into your neck,

Feeling to the sensations inside your throat,

Along your spine,

On your skin,

Is there anything that you can observe?

Anything,

Any more softening that you can bring to this part of the body,

Without moving?

And bring your awareness to your collarbone,

To your shoulders,

Your shoulder blades,

Your armpits,

That top part of the torso,

What are the sensations in this part of your body?

Observing,

Without fixing,

Allowing what is to be,

And bringing your awareness back into the body if you get distracted,

It's okay.

Don't beat yourself up for it,

Your mind is meant to do that.

And then moving your awareness into your chest,

Visualizing your lungs,

Your heart,

Your ribcage,

In the front,

Back and around,

Are there any sensations there?

Is there anything,

Any more softening,

That you can bring to this part of the body,

An expansion?

And then bringing your awareness further down,

To the area between the ribcage,

Below your sternum,

Above your belly button,

Around the stomach,

Around the back,

Middle back,

What sensations can you feel in this part of the body?

Is there any more softening that you can bring?

And then bringing your awareness a little bit further down,

To your lower back,

To your lower belly,

Your intestines,

Whole area from your belly button down.

What are the sensations here in this part of the digestion,

This part of the lower back?

Is there anything coming through?

Is there a little bit more softening,

That you can apply?

And then bringing your awareness a little bit further down,

Into your pelvis,

Feeling your root,

The base of your spine,

Your coccyx,

Bringing every organ that's inside of your pelvis,

Breathing,

Your genital,

All the reproductive organs,

Relaxing the bum,

Relaxing the hips,

Bringing a little bit more softening to this part of the body.

And bringing your awareness,

To your upper legs,

Knees,

Upper legs,

Feet,

And softening,

Observing,

Is there any very loose sensations here in this part of the body?

And softening,

Observing,

Is there any very loose sensations?

Now,

Softening,

Softening,

Bringing your awareness again,

Your arms,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Arms,

Fingers,

Nails,

The skin,

The skin,

Observing,

Are there any sensations?

Is there any further softening that is possible?

And now,

Observing your body completely,

From the crown of your head,

To the ends of your head,

Your sole of your feet,

Your fingertips,

Observing your whole body,

What sensations can you feel?

Is there anything calling your attention?

And if you can't feel anything,

That's okay too.

If you can't get distracted,

Bring it back to the body.

To the sensations in the body.

And bring your awareness back to the whole,

To the whole body,

Maybe becoming aware of the places in the body where you don't feel anything.

And now one final wave,

Softening,

To trickle down throughout your whole body.

And when you're ready,

Big inhale through the nose,

And exhale out through the mouth,

And again inhaling through the nose,

And exhale out through the mouth,

And one final time,

Inhale through the nose,

And exhaling out through the mouth.

Allow your awareness to come back into the space that you're in,

Keeping your eyes closed,

Focusing again on the sensation of your eyelids against your eyes,

Focusing on the sensations of your seat,

Against the chair,

Of your back against the rest,

Of your feet on the floor,

Or whatever points of contact you can observe.

And then bring your awareness again to the eyelids against the eyeballs,

Opening your eyes back into the space,

Slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly.

Thank you for your time,

Thank you for your trust,

And feel free to write if anything came up for you during this meditation,

Any parts of the body,

What messages came through,

Or if nothing came through that's also fine,

And feel free to return to this meditation anytime you want to reconnect to the body,

Anytime maybe you feel a bit unwell,

Or feel some physical pain,

Want to sense some softening,

Some healing intentions towards these parts of the body.

And if you have any comments or feedback,

Feel free to share.

Wish you a beautiful day,

Thank you.
