Start finding your comfortable seat or lying down position and taking one big breath in through the nose,

Inhaling into the chest and exhale out through the mouth,

Inhaling now through the nose,

Into the solar plexus,

Into the area between your ribcage,

Feel the ribcage expanding and exhale out through the mouth,

And inhaling through the nose,

This time inhaling into the belly,

Really pushing the belly button away from the spine and exhale out through the mouth,

Inhaling again this time in the upper back,

Exhaling out,

Inhaling this time in the whole torso,

Upper,

Upper,

Middle,

Lower back,

Belly,

Chest,

Ribcage,

Feel the whole torso expanding,

Expanding,

Expanding,

Expanding and exhale,

Letting go and bring all your awareness to this present moment,

Connecting to the points of contact between your body and the floor,

Your body and your chair,

Whatever support you're using,

Maybe feeling the contours of your body,

Where your body meets the air around you,

And just allow your whole body to surrender in this very present moment,

Allow your awareness to be fully present,

To observe,

Is there a way to surrender a little bit more,

To let go of control,

To let go of knowing,

To let go of understanding,

And try to let go a little bit more,

It doesn't mean emptying the mind,

It doesn't mean just thinking about nothing,

It means just accepting whatever is and letting go of trying to change anything,

Doesn't mean the absence of action,

Or you're still breathing and your body is still functioning without your control,

There is still a flow happening,

There's no proactivity on your part in this present moment,

And see if you can let go a little bit more,

And don't worry if there's anything blocking you from letting go further,

Just observe whatever is,

With love,

Without judgment,

Without trying to change it or fix it,

Just accepting what is,

I'd like you to place your awareness inside your heart,

And bring inside your heart this word of trust,

Observe what this word trust brings about,

Does it bring a memory,

Does it bring a person,

Does it bring a feeling,

Again just observing,

What if you fully trusted this moment,

What if you fully trusted yourself,

What if you fully trusted life,

What would that feel like,

Could you feel the tension release even more,

Can you feel the expansion that comes with the word trust,

What would happen if you trusted,

Could you expand that feeling of trust further,

Does trust have a texture,

A color,

A taste,

Or is it simply a word,

Without trying to intellectualize it too much,

Just observe whatever comes up,

And trust that it is exactly what's meant to come up right now,

And then inviting a little bit more softness,

A little bit more release,

A little bit more presence,

Surrender a little bit deeper into this present moment,

And then when you're ready take a big inhale through the nose,

Taking an active breath,

Regaining control over this present moment,

Exhale,

Letting go,

And maybe bringing this intention today to bring a little bit more trust in yourself,

In people,

In life,

And seeing if you can let go of control,

And experiment with it,
