Hello,

This is Caroline Wallace.

Thank you for taking a moment to pause your day.

Wherever you are,

This is your space to slow down,

Breathe,

And come home to calm.

Let's begin.

Soften your shoulders,

Unclench your jaw,

And gently close your eyes.

You are here.

Nothing else to do.

Nowhere else to be.

Now take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth.

Inhale calm,

Exhale tension.

With each breath,

Feel your body softening.

The noise of the day fades into the background.

The present moment begins to open before you.

Notice how you are feeling right now without any judgment.

Thoughts,

Sensations,

Emotions,

Simply observe.

You don't need to fix or control anything.

Imagine your mind as a clear blue sky and your thoughts as passing clouds.

Let them drift away.

Beneath the clouds,

Clarity is already here.

In this stillness,

Return to your intention.

I release what I no longer need.

I return to peace and clarity.

Feel your breath as an anchor.

Calm,

Steady,

Present.

You are centered.

You are calm.

You are clear.

Take one last deep,

Refreshing breath.

Gently open your eyes.

Carry this calm clarity with you through the rest of your day.
