Today,

We're going to do a mindfulness meditation,

A flow into your power,

Like the ocean.

So welcome.

Let yourself arrive like a wave touching the shore.

No rush,

No agenda,

Just a return to the rhythm within.

Find a comfortable position.

Feel the pull of gravity anchoring you like the ocean floor holding the weight of the sea.

Breathe in slow and deep and exhale gently like a wave releasing against the sand.

With every breath,

Imagine a soft tide rising and falling within you.

You don't have to fight the current.

You can float.

You can trust this moment.

You spent a lifetime swimming through expectations,

Masking your magic,

Holding your breath to survive,

But here you are free to exhale,

To soften.

Let the waves carry what you no longer need.

You are not too much.

You are not lost.

You are a force of nature,

Deep,

Powerful,

Ever-evolving.

Now,

Let these affirmations roll in like the tide,

One at a time.

You can repeat them quietly or simply let them ripple through you.

I am deeply rooted like the ocean floor and I go stronger with each shift in tide.

I can trust my pace even when the current is invisible.

I will bloom like coral,

Quiet,

Radiant,

And unapologetically alive.

I am capable of making soul-aligned decisions even when the waters are murky.

I can pause,

Float,

And choose again.

I will no longer shrink to fit someone else's map.

I am the navigator now.

I am the author of my tides.

My flow is mine alone.

I can imagine a life as wide and wild as the sea.

I will not wait for the stars to align.

I create my own horizon.

I am magnetic like moon to ocean,

Pulling in what aligns with my energy.

I can build a life I don't need to escape from,

One that feels like coming home.

I will keep choosing what stirs my soul even if it doesn't make sense on land.

I am free from the undertow of others' expectations.

I can belong to myself and still feel connected to the whole.

I will release shame like driftwood,

Letting it float far,

Far away.

I am connected to something greater,

Like every drop belongs to the sea.

I can rise again,

Even after stillness.

I will keep moving forward,

Knowing the waves shape the shore over time.

I am an unstoppable force of energy,

Creativity,

And ocean-deep compassion.

I will water my life with joy and presence.

My tide is turning.

Let your breath return gently.

Feel the salt air in your lungs,

The grounding below your feet.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of your own ocean,

Limitless and free.

Take one final breath in,

And exhale with gratitude.

The tide has turned,

And so have you.

You are the sea,

You are the storm and the stillness,

And you are just getting started.
