This meditation invites you to slow down and awaken your senses as you connect deeply with your own body and with Mother Earth. Moving downward into her embrace, you will receive her love, nourishment, and abundant support, grounding yourself in her wisdom.

So,

Closing your eyes,

Taking a few easy breaths.

And as you breathe,

Invite your breath to actually slow down a bit.

So it helps you slow down.

And as you breathe and move slowly,

You can feel your whole body start to slow down and slow down so much that this present moment almost feel like it stops time.

That you can feel that in right alignment with your breath,

That's the kind of power you have to shift and move time.

And you can feel your body start to calibrate to that knowing.

With the help of your breath,

You start to become so aware of your body and what's inside.

And so see if you can even hear and sense what is taking place right in this moment.

Opening your ears,

See if you can hear your blood moving in and through you.

See if you can feel the temperature of your internal world.

Notice what this present moment tastes like.

What is present here?

As you allow your senses to wake up,

And for you to become so present with your own body.

Continuing to breathe.

And if there's places that come up of resistance or doubt or anything like that,

That's okay.

Just notice.

This is us giving ourselves the permission to attune to this beautiful sacred vessel that is your body.

And from this place,

Check in with your heart for a moment.

Just notice what is present here.

Just being with your heart.

And as you're present with your heart,

I want you to imagine.

Maybe it's a tree,

Maybe it's a flame,

Maybe it's something else,

But that can grow down from your heart.

Deep down,

Down through your body.

Down into Mother Earth.

Connecting you and rooting you into her sacred vessel.

And as you do this,

Take a moment now to also listen to her,

Her noises,

Feel her temperature.

What might she taste like this morning?

Just being aware of your own body and her own body,

Although connected.

And in these next few breaths,

When you're ready,

Then taking a moment to just release any energy that does not serve you down through this heart cord that connects to Mother Earth.

Just releasing any energy that is not of service,

That is other people's energy,

That's heavy,

That's weighing on you.

Stories or beliefs that do not serve you.

Just letting it energetically go as you can.

Breathing it down and out into her.

She receives it as food.

She knows how to transmute this energy and refine it.

This is a part of the reciprocal nature that is between human and Mother Earth.

And as you release,

Continuing to release,

And when you feel ready,

Then breathing in this refined energy that Mother Earth has to offer you,

Filling your whole being and body full of her love and her nourishment.

Feeling this grounded rudeness and this lifeblood of energy flowing back into you.

Notice how this makes your body feel.

And when you feel ready,

Bringing your awareness now to all that is above,

To the moon and the stars,

To the cosmos,

To any spirits and beings of the highest light that are here in service to us in this beautiful work,

Holding us and protecting us in this sacred ceremony and ritual.

Calling in any guides,

Ancestors,

Beings that are here to truly protect and nourish the miraculous work that is you and the work that you're meant to bring into the world.

Really calling them in here for protection and guidance.

Honoring them,

Giving gratitude.

Taking one more deep breath in here as you feel the full support of all that is around you.

And when you feel ready,

Taking as much time as you need,

Can slowly start to come back into this space.
