Hi,

My name is Amy Wilson.

Thank you for listening to this sound meditation.

For the best experience,

Please use over-the-ear headphones.

Go ahead and find yourself in a comfortable position,

Whether seated or lying down.

We're going to begin by closing your eyes and just taking a deep breath.

Inhale.

And exhale.

We're going to focus on your breath for a moment.

Just inhale deeply through your nose.

Feeling the air as it comes into the body,

Into your lungs or your diaphragm.

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Releasing any tension you might be holding with each exhale.

Let's do it together.

Exhale.

And now inhale.

You're going to immerse yourself in some vibrations,

Some healing sounds.

The intention is just simply to relax.

As you focus on your breath,

Notice the temperature as it comes in.

Maybe it's warm.

Maybe it's cool.

Just noticing it as it comes in.

I am surrounded by love and light and I radiate positivity from within.

I trust in my ability to overcome challenges and I embrace each moment with courage and resilience.

I am worthy of love,

Happiness and abundance.

And I welcome them into my life with open arms.

Take a few more deep breaths.

Big inhale.

And exhale.

And bringing your awareness back to the present moment.

Feeling the connection you're making with the surface below you.

Feeling the weight of your body.

Take a moment to reflect on all the things you're grateful for.

Practicing gratitude for this experience.

And remember to be kind to yourself.

For you deserve love,

Happiness and abundance.
