This grounding meditation gently guides awareness back into the body through breath, sensation, and stillness. There is nothing to fix or change—only an invitation to notice what is already here. As sound and silence alternate, you’re supported in reconnecting with physical presence and stability. A calm space to return to yourself.

Take a moment to arrive.

There's nothing you need to prepare for and nowhere you need to go.

Let your attention gently come back to the body you're in.

Not to change it,

Not to correct it,

Just to notice it.

Feel the weight of your body being held,

Whether by chair,

The floor,

The earth,

Or even the bed.

Notice where your body makes contact with what supports it.

Let gravity do the work you've been doing yourself.

Begin to notice your breath.

Not controlling it,

Just observing how much it moves in and out on its own.

Each inhale arriving,

Each exhale leaving when it's ready.

If your mind wanders,

That's okay.

Simply return to sensation.

Bring your awareness to your feet.

Notice any warmth,

Pressure,

Or subtle movement.

Imagine the ground beneath you steady and reliable,

Asking nothing from you.

Slowly allow awareness to move upward through your legs,

Your hips,

Your lower back,

Anywhere you notice tension.

See if it's possible to soften just by one degree.

It may even help if you repeat this silently.

I am here and this moment is enough.

Where in my body do I feel most present right now?

There's no correct answer,

Only curiosity.

Stay here for a few moments,

Letting sound,

Silence,

And your breath anchor you.

When you're ready,

Begin to notice the space around your body again.

Wiggle your fingers or toes if that feels natural and carry this grounded presence with you as you move forward.
