This is the Happy Morning Meditation.
I am Kai Ashley,
Your guide for today.
You are so powerful.
The energies and intentions that you set now will set you up for the rest of the day.
You will find that whatever you put in to this next little while will be presented and reflected back to you throughout your day today.
Remembering that you are the center of your own universe,
Attracting all that is aligned to your thought processes and energetic state.
So please take a deep breath with me and sigh,
Relaxing your shoulders.
Allowing yourself to get fully comfortable.
Let's wiggle any tension out of your fingers,
Out of your elbows,
Move your arms around,
Out of your shoulders,
Move them up and down.
Take a nice big breath and feel like you can relax the air above your shoulders on the exhale.
Ready?
And sigh.
Relaxing your forehead and face,
Relaxing your eyebrows,
Moving your jaw around to release any tension,
And moving your body or stretching in any final ways before we settle into the stillness.
Pausing your thoughts,
Knowing that this next little while is your time for creation.
This is your time to connect with that soft small voice within you that pulls you forward to more.
That part of you that knows that you are capable,
That part of you that urges you on even amongst the doubts.
So please pause your thoughts,
Sit up comfortably,
Hands in your lap or on your heart,
And begin to breathe,
Releasing tension from any parts of your body without trying to force them.
More relaxed towards the tension.
Yeah,
Just like that.
If you have any tensions that feel tight and like they won't let go,
Allow yourself to relax towards them with a second feeling of love,
Of care,
Or of blessings.
You can either send a warm feeling to the tension,
Or you can send a blessing such as I love you,
I bless you,
I care for you.
Don't try to force it or need it to change.
It's okay as it is.
Sinking deeper into your body,
Again relaxing your forehead and face,
Dropping down into your heart space and knowing that you are in control.
Imagine yourself at the end of this day,
Once all is done and you're feeling proud and complete.
Why is that?
What happened today that's making you feel so proud,
So complete and mmm,
Satisfied when you go to bed tonight?
Allow yourself to simply skip over the day and imagine that you're remembering back.
Imagine that it was a successful day,
An easy day,
And when any challenges came through,
You faced them and found it easier than you imagined.
So what sort of things are popping up for you?
What would you have done today that made you feel complete and happy in yourself?
Pause your thoughts of all other things.
If your mind wonders,
It's totally okay.
Simply bring it back to the topic at hand of imagining what would you have done today that made you feel happy and complete.
And it doesn't have to be big massive things,
It might be something small,
It might be a series of little things,
It might simply be following through with something that you knew that was healthy for you,
It might be making a phone call that you've been avoiding,
Maybe it's a way that you moved your body and felt better about yourself,
Always kind to yourself,
Or communicated with yourself or to others.
There's only right answers here.
Allow your mind to imagine what that would be and now let's stir up some emotion.
Imagine as you go through your day.
Mmm,
Mmm,
Mmm,
You feel so confident,
You feel so competent,
So capable.
You feel like everything you did worked out even better than you imagined,
Even better than you imagined in your morning meditation.
Allow yourself to move your body just slightly to feel that new mmm mmm mmm confident energy coming up in your body,
That competent energy,
That capable energy,
That yes I can energy,
Yes I did feeling.
And just know that this is who you are,
This is what you're capable of,
And this is what's happening.
Let yourself imagine and feel,
See yourself smiling to the point where it brings a smile up on your face.
Let yourself stir this deep within your loins,
Within your belly,
Within your heart,
Move your body if you need to.
Breathe in deeply and imagine that it went so well,
You're so proud,
You're almost overwhelmed with just how great you did today.
Giving you space to imagine this confident,
Competent,
Capable,
Yes I can self.
Let yourself feel exactly how amazing that is.
Let yourself see or imagine or even pretend or sense that you did a great job today.
Taking care to imagine what actually makes you feel good,
What actually interests you,
The way that you would do it if you could do it any way at all.
Do it your way,
Not the way that they said,
Not the way that you thought,
Do it the way that actually feels right for you.
So continue to imagine yourself going through the small things,
Going through the big things,
Going through the actions,
Confident,
Competent,
Capable with a yes I can attitude,
Setting it up here today means that it is done.
Nod your head and agree,
Yes,
Actually yes,
Say yes,
Actually yes,
Yes,
Actually yes.
I know it's possible for me,
Yes.
Breathe that into your body and feel the strength that brings up for you.
Placing your hand on your heart if it's not already,
Sigh in your own timing,
Let yourself sway to the strong currents that have come up within you,
The currents of strength,
The currents of yes I can.
Now imagine what is the confident version of you like,
Allow your mind to wander on point,
Imagine you as your most confident self where you feel naturally competent,
Naturally capable and naturally yes I can.
How are you approaching your tasks?
How are you having fun as you move through the day?
What's your body language and posture like?
What about the way that you speak and project your voice?
Now how do you feel in your body as the confident version of you?
Let yourself play and put it on like a child,
We're stirring up this emotional state of confidence within you.
Mmm confident,
Try saying it after me,
Mmm confident.
Let yourself play with it,
Say it again,
Mmm confident.
Take a big breath on that,
Breathe that confidence through your body,
Feel it,
Sense it,
Imagine it.
Now that you've embodied yourself as this confident person,
Allow yourself to trust that you don't need to force it into reality.
Simply bring it back into your mind throughout the day,
Confidence,
I am confident,
I am competent,
I am capable,
Yes I can and yes I will.
This is your natural state,
Simply think these thoughts with feeling and everything that follows afterwards will be easy for you.
Allow yourself to have a full experience of this new emotional state.
Notice how do you feel differently now from when you sat down and let's begin by being proud of yourself just like you will tonight.
This means that you approve of yourself,
You feel good about yourself,
You like your self,
You like what you did,
You like what you're doing.
So with your hands on your heart,
Nod your head quite enthusiastically,
Smile,
Make the mmm sound,
Mmm yes I'm proud of myself.
Now knowing that you get to make things up your way,
Do things in the way that feel right for you,
What is your next step to take?
What are you going to do after this that feels right for you?
What does that small little voice inside of you that's pulling you forward towards more that knows that you're capable?
What does it want you to do?
Listen within.
Thoughts shall come in it's okay but keep coming back into that deeper part of your body,
Into that voice that knows that you're meant for more.
You may like to journal some thoughts after this or simply get up and go about your day trusting that this is complete.
