This guided practice supports gentle awareness of subtle tension that builds throughout the day. Rather than trying to relax or change anything, you are invited to notice how the body quietly holds effort, pressure, or contraction during daily activity. By observing these sensations without engagement, the nervous system naturally begins to create space and restore balance. A calm, grounding practice designed to accompany you without interrupting your day. BEST FOR • Nervous system regulation • Releasing accumulated tension • Midday grounding • Gentle body awareness • Stress without overwhelm VOICE CREDIT Pedro Nassif

During the day,

Tension often appears,

Quietly.

Not as a problem,

Not as something urgent,

But as a subtle signal.

Something the body carries while attention is elsewhere.

Most of the time,

This tension goes unnoticed.

It blends into movement,

Into tasks,

Into habits.

The body does not create tension without reason,

And it does not require immediate correction.

Tension is often the result of holding.

Holding posture,

Holding attention,

Holding responsibility.

Much of this holding is learned.

Over time,

The body adapts to pressure.

What once was temporary becomes familiar,

And familiarity is not the same as balance.

Noticing tension is not an instruction to release it.

It is an invitation to become aware.

Awareness alone changes the relationship.

When tension is seen,

It no longer needs to demand attention.

Many people try to relax the body without listening to it.

This often creates more effort.

The body responds more naturally when it is noticed.

Without interference,

Small areas of holding may appear.

The jaw,

The shoulders,

The hands.

These areas do not ask to be fixed.

They ask to be acknowledged.

Throughout the day,

This kind of noticing can exist quietly in the background.

No change in behavior is required.

No withdrawal from activity.

Awareness does not interrupt life.

It accompanies it.

As the day continues,

Tension may appear again and again.

Each day,

Noticing is enough.

There is no finish line,

No final state to reach.

Only ongoing awareness.

Staying present with what the body carries without urgency,

Without judgment.

This noticing does not conclude.

It remains available.

Throughout the day.

Throughout the day.

Throughout the day,

Tension may appear again and again.

Each day,

Noticing is enough.

There is no finish line,

No final state to reach.

Only ongoing awareness.

Staying present with what the body carries without urgency,

Without judgment.

This noticing does not conclude.

It remains available.

Throughout the day.

Again,

Each time,

Noticing is enough.

There is no finish line,

No final state to reach.

Only ongoing awareness.

Staying present with what the body carries without urgency,

Without judgment.

This noticing does not conclude.

It remains available.
