The power of living in the moment is simple, just by observing the breath, we can let go of all that is causing us pain. As you observe the breath, the mind calms down, observes the thoughts, and discomforts but doesn't connect to them.

Let's get started.

Thank you for joining the meditation today.

Make yourself comfortable whether you are sitting or lying down.

Take a few deep breaths into your stomach and then gently let them go.

As you breathe in,

Try to relax your body.

Relax your mind.

Gently let go all that happened from morning.

As you breathe in,

Breathe in all the positive,

Divine energy around you.

As you breathe out,

Let go all that you are holding,

Resisting,

Or blocking,

And all that is not serving you right now.

Gently observe the breathing as you breathe in and breathe out.

If your mind is still wandering or agitated,

Take deeper breaths that calms the mind down.

As you breathe in,

Let the tummy raise.

As you breathe out,

Let the tummy drop.

As you settle into the meditation,

Gently let go all that is not helping you.

Meditation is all about being present in this moment.

Let go of the past.

Let go of the future planning.

Be present right now,

Right here.

As you breathe in,

Breathe out,

Just observe the air as it enters and leaves your body.

Entire meditation lets be an observer what is happening in our physical body,

In our mind,

In our energy field.

Bring your attention to the nostrils,

In and around your nose,

Tip of your nose,

As the air enters into the body through the nose,

And as air leaves your body through the nose.

Observe a focal point where we will be concentrating for the rest of the meditation.

Let's try together.

Breathe in,

Observe the air making contact with the nostrils,

Follow the air,

Take into the deep into your stomach,

And follow the air as it leaves your body.

Let's try again.

Let's see if this is searching for the exact number of active illnesses and the illnesses of your feelings.

Breathe in,

Be an observer.

As you breathe out,

Be an observer.

Any thoughts,

Any discomforts,

Let them be like passing clouds.

Don't connect to them.

Every thought carries the energy,

So the lesser energy you pay,

The quicker it leaves your thought process.

Breathe in,

Be an observer.

Don't alter,

Don't change anything.
