
"I Am Worthy” & “I Am Enough"
The surroundings that we live in have conditioned us to believe that we must always strive to be “better.” That means thinner, richer, happier, smarter, why he/she can't do what I want — you get the picture. That society, including ourselves, is harsh. Here, we believe that taking care of ourselves is selfishness. Everyone comes first then me. Rarely are we ever made to believe that we are enough just as we are. We may not even feel that we are worthy of our time, our own love, which is tragic.

Welcome to today's meditation.
Please close your eyes.
Just relax.
Let go of all the today's tension and stress.
GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG Let's do some breathing,
Breathing work.
Let's take a deep long breath.
Slowly exhale through your nose.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Let's do that for a few minutes.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Just observe your breathing by concentrating on your nostrils,
Tip of your nose.
Be an observer of your own breath as the air comes in and then air leaves your body.
Monitor how long it takes the air to come in as the air flows inside your tummy and then leaves your body.
What's the temperature of the air coming in?
The temperature of the air leaving.
Don't try to change or alter the breath.
Just be an observer of your own breath for a few minutes.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Leave any worries,
Any planning,
Anything happened from morning behind.
Leave everything behind.
You chose to be here.
Every breath inhale with the gratitude.
We are able to take the breath without any support.
We convey our gratitude to Mother Nature for providing this beautiful divine energy to us.
Breathe in.

Just be an observer of your own breath.
If your mind wanders,
Gently bring it back,
Its attention to your breathing by paying attention to the tip of your nose.
Just observe where the air touches your nostril.
Follow the air into your belly,
Then follow the air as it leaves your body.
Inhale.
Observe.
Exhale.
Breathe in.
Let go of all the thoughts by concentrating on your breathing.
If your mind wanders on any thread of thoughts,
Gently bring it back.
Assign the task of observing the breath.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Let's do for a couple more minutes before we start the guided meditation.
Just remind yourself to concentrate on your nostrils.

Just let you to manage that for next two minutes.

The breathwork brings us to the grounding,
Relaxes us.

Today let's do some self-love and self-acceptance meditation.
Just leave behind all the worries,
All the anxieties,
Concerns,
Everything.
Leave behind.
You're in such a good relaxed place.
Make yourself comfortable wherever you're sitting or lying down.
If possible,
Keep your spine straight.
Try to lock in a position so that you won't change or move during the meditation.
Let's allow natural flow of energies.
If you haven't done so,
Gently close your eyes.
Tune into your breath.
Pay attention to your nostrils.
Notice your breath without changing or altering.
Notice any part of your body is carrying any stress or tension or overall if you have any tension or stress.
Just observe them.
Don't try to change or alter it.
Inhale slowly,
Exhale slowly.
Inhale through nose and exhale through nose.
Do the conscious full breathing.
Allow the air goes into your tummy or belly button and then slowly let it go.
As you breathe,
Become aware of the state of your body and mind,
The quality of thoughts you are having,
What you had before the meditation.
Observe any part of your body is holding any tension or stress.
Now breathe into that part and let it relax.
While your body is relaxing,
Check your emotional status.
How are you feeling right now?
Where is your mind and thoughts?
Are they wondering or are they with you?
Is your mind at ease or filled with any restlessness,
Negativity or doubts,
Questions?
Place either both hands or one hand on your chest where your heart resides.
Visualize a pink or a green color.
While you have placed your hand on your heart,
Keep your inhalation going without any alteration.
Breathe in through your nose,
Exhale through your nose slowly and gently without any alteration.
Ask yourself how does it feel to place your hands on your tender area where soul resides or heart resides.
This is the place where you experience love or self-love,
Love towards you and towards everyone else around you.
Let your breath become so subtle and silent.
Let naturally the air come in and leave your body.
Just feel the air freely moving within your body and exhaling.
Just be an observer.
Every breath you inhale,
Visualize the divine energy,
Divine love coming into your body.
With each exhale,
Imagine you're releasing any negative thoughts that are or may be lingering in your mind.
Let go all the questions,
Let go all the negative thoughts.
Let them go through your exhalation.
Just visualize a white light coming from top of your head,
Passing through all your seven chakras,
Through your base,
Going into the Mother Earth.
As the light passes through all seven chakras,
All the chakras will get cleansed and optimized and balanced.
Expand the white light in the shape of a bubble.
Visualize yourself,
You're locked inside that bubble where only divine love and compassion comes through.
While the white light protects you,
Continue to focus on your breath.
Each inhale tell yourself I am worthy.
Each exhale tell yourself I am enough.
Breathe in,
I am worthy.
Breathe out,
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
Just repeat this breathing while you tell yourself I am worthy,
Inhale,
I am enough,
Exhale.
Do it for a minute or so.
Everyone do it at your own pace.
I am worthy,
I am enough.
I am worthy,
I am enough.
I am worthy,
I am enough.
I am worthy.
Let each inhale draw in self love,
Divine love into you.
Let each inhale,
Each exhale release what is no longer serving you.
It could be thoughts,
Belief system,
Others perceptions,
Your own perception which is no longer serving you,
Just let them go.
Let's take a minute to tell yourself on each breath,
Tell yourself I am worthy,
Each exhale tell yourself I am enough.
Notice how you feel while you say these sentences.
I am worthy,
I am enough.
Just make this a mantra for yourself.
Unless we feel we are worthy and we are enough,
We always seek external validation,
External approval.
Just let them go.
If your mind wanders,
Thinks of any other path,
Gently bring it back to your breathing.
It's the nature of the mind to wander.
Don't be harsh.
Gently bring it back to the awareness of the breathing.
Notice how your thoughts come and go,
Whether it's a positive or negative or neutral thought.
Simply allow them to pass like a passing cloud.
You be an observer,
Don't get attached to any thoughts.
Just observe,
Just observe.
At this point I want you to bring some happy thought,
A person or a pet or a place,
Whatever it creates you happy.
Just bring these thoughts to your consciousness.
Let the happy vibrations fill your physical body.
Let each cell and atom of your body vibrate with happiness.
Now with this fully vibrated happiness,
I want you to visualize you standing in front of the mirror.
Look into your own eyes in the mirror.
Just observe what do you see.
Do you see pain or sadness,
Love and joy?
Have you been critical about yourself,
What do you see in the mirror?
Do you feel joy and happiness?
Do you feel positive or negative about yourself?
What you see gives direction towards your mind status.
Regardless of whatever your reflection is,
Tell yourself,
I love you,
I am enough,
I am beautiful,
I am handsome,
Whatever the sentence is you want to make it.
I am worthy of the best things of my life,
I am worthy of happiness.
I do my best,
My best is enough.
Others perceptions doesn't dictate me who I am.
We are all children of God.
We all got our own recordings when we come into this world.
Everyone forces us to fit into their recording.
Just let it go,
Let it go,
Let it go.
I love you,
I love myself,
I am enough,
I am worthy of all the best things in my life,
I am worthy of peace and happiness,
I allow myself to be happy.
You can use any sentences,
Positive affirmation sentences now.
Once you've done the affirmations,
Imagine now you could breathe into your heart and visualize love pouring into your heart.
Let your hands provide that warmth and divine love to your heart and soul.
Let this love and warm permeate you into your heart center and let it fill to the rest of the body.
Just let the warmness fill you,
Feel a sense of comfort,
Calmness,
The peace.
Let this love and warmness flow through the rest of the body.
When you're ready,
When you feel that you're fully covered with this love,
Warmness and the divine energy,
Bring your attention back to your physical body.
Swiggle your toes and fingers,
Rub your hands,
Place them on your eyes,
Keep your eyes closed for a few minutes.
Sit for a few moments to acknowledge the experience you had.
Remind your subconscious mind that you can get to this self-love,
Self-care,
I am enough meditation and peace in your mind anytime,
Any day,
At any place.
Take a note on how you're feeling right now.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
